I've been planning to visit Oklahoma for the past couple years. Money had never really been a problem. It was finding the time between school, dance, and work. I didn't even have the time to myself. Just recently received vacation off of work. Well, I had to request one, and it needed to be approved. I got lucky, and I received a week off. As for dance, the season ends at the end of the month. I had just one more competition in  Oklahoma. I lucked up with this competition. To top it all off, I am also on summer vacation. I will hold a close friend of mine who actually lives near the school near my dance competition. I grabbed my phone and dialed her phone number. The phone rings twice and she picks up.

"Hey sweetie! What's up," she asked.

"Hey Michelle! I have a dance competition at the school near your house. Is there any chance you could do me a favor by picking me up from the airport? Do you mind if I stay at your house?" I asked.

"Yes, I can pick you up from the airport. Also I don't mind at all if you stay at my place. You can move in if you would like," she answered.

"Thank you so much. I would love to move in with you, but what about school, work, and dance?" I replied

"You can go to the school that you're performing at. They have a dance team at that school and plus not to mention it's your last year of high school. There are also plenty of places that you can work at," she answered.

"OK I'll think about it, but for now I have to go finish packing. I'll talk to you later, "I stated.

"When you're done packing call Jacob. He seemed a little panicked when he called me to ask if I talk to you earlier, "she said and then hung up Jacob, my best friend Elsa's husband.

There must be something wrong with her. I haven't talk to her in a couple days because I have been super busy. I already had half my stuff packed for my dance competition. I had to finish packing the rest of the stuff I need for the rest of this week. As soon as I got done, I picked up my phone, and I called Jacob's phone like Michelle asked me too. The phone rang once, and he picked up.

"Shyann! It's Ellie! She's gone. She's not answering my phone calls," he sobbed.

I can tell he had been crying for a while before I had called. My heart skipped a beat and my eyes started to water. Elsa is not only but my best friend but she's like a sister to me.

"Are you sure?" I asked. I wanted him to say no. I wanted this all to be some sort of prank. My head felt like it was spinning. I slowly sat down on my couch to take it in. I know she has been through a lot but I didn't think that she would leave.

"I'm positive. You're the last person she talk to according to her messages on Facebook, "he answered.  "How long ago was it when you last talk to her?" I asked him "Same day as you ,Saturday," Jacob answered.
