It was morning practice.
"We have a new member, people!" Coach Endou announced, beaming. Tenma and Shinsuke were hyped. "Really??"
"Of course!" he turned to the door, "Come on in!"
The door slid open and in walked a male. He had dark blue--almost indigo-- hair that hung above his shoulders and indigo eyes.
Tenma and Shinsuke, with all the other members except a certain few were happy to have another member.
"Tsurugi..." Shindou mumbled.
"His eyes...are like a Seed's." Kirino mumbled.
"I've never seen him." Tsurugi said.
They were surprised. "Then, he isn't a Seed?" Yuki tilted his head to the side in confusion. "What's a Seed?"
They all gawked.
"HUH???"

"My name is Matsukaze Tenma. Captain." Tenma reached out his hand to the bluehead. Yuki took his hand.
"My name is Yuki Yume. You can call me Yuu." he replied.

"What position do you play, Yuu-kun?" Akane asked, Aoi and Midori.sitting beside her jotting down notes. "Oh, I'm also interested in that." Midori smirked. Tsurugi listened in, along with Shindou, Tenma and possibly every other member.
"Eh...I can play any position, but I guess I'll prefer playing Defender?"

Tsurugi had the ball. Yuu was wearing the Raimon Uniform. "Try stealing the ball from me." Tsurugi said. He started dribbling. Yuu was silent. He looked the other way.
[He's not looking at the ball?] Tsurugi thought.
He dribbled past Yuu, and was surprised. [He didn't steal it?] he continued dribbling. Then he realized the ball was gone. He heard ballkicking and turned around.
Yuu was playing with it, kicking the ball around with his whole body. When he moved it to his head, he noticed the stunned stares and spun it to his finger and caught it firmly.
"So...do I pass?"

"What on earth just happened?" Shinsuke asked.
" I couldn't see it at all." Shindou mumbled, stunned.
Tsurugi put his hand on Yuu's shoulder. "How did you do that?" he asked. Yuu smiled. "What do you mean, Tsurugi-san? I did nothing special."

Four people, Tenma, Shindou, Tsurugi and Kurama lined up against Yuu. "E-Eh? I'm going offense?" he asked.
"No, we're going to try and steal the ball from you, you just have to feint against them and kick it to the goal." Tenma said.
"O-okay.."

Kurama went first. He charged to the ball and made a sliding. Yuu kicked the ball upwards and jumped upwards with a spin. He landed perfectly on the ground.
Kurama was surprised. Tsurugi went next. He and Yuu fought for the ball for a while before Yuu kicked the ball up with his heel and made it pass over Tsurugi as he catches it.
Tenma went next. He swiftly moved his hand from right to left, slowing the time. Then, he ran quickly to Yuu. With the great speed, clones appeared behind him. "Wonder Trap!" In the blink of an eye he stole the ball from Yuu. [Maybe it was a bit hard to expect him to avoid that already..] Tenma noticed.
He continued dribbling. Yuu was behind him. He sighed, closed his eyes and breathed in and out a few times. faintly, a few streaks of his hair seemed to grow yellow. When he opened his eyes, they were yellow, but no one noticed.
He silently dashed over to where Tenma was. Tenma was shocked when he found Yuu in front of him. [He's fast!!]
Yuu crouched down and the field seemed to have changed into a forest. Tenma couldn't see the bluehead. Yuu hid behind a bush with a long sniper. Tenma noticed it. [A GUN???] He spotted Yuu holding it. Yuu pulled the trigger. Out of reflex he used his hands to cover his face.
But when he opened his eyes the ball was gone. Yuu dribbled away. "Hunter's Trap." he mumbled. The yellow streaks in his hair remained, and so did his eyes. He continued ahead, with his face in a monotone expression.
"Coach...that was..." Shinsuke mumbled. Endou nodded. "Yes. A hissatsu."
Last was Shindou. He released his Avatar. "Intrumentalist Maestro!!"
Yuu had no change in his expression whatsoever. He stopped and raised a hand.
He mouthed the words, "Drown in Darkness."
As if on call, darkness engulfed Shindou's sight. He looked around but couldn't see anything. The others had no idea what was going on. Shindou's avatar went in as if something had deactivated it. "I can't see!!" Shindou yelled.
Yuu dribbled past Shindou and whispered into his ear, "Midnight."
As Yuu said that, Shindou's sight returned to him, but Yuu had long gone past him. He kicked the ball into the goal and breathed out. He closed his eyes and opened them again indigo. The yellow streak in his hair disappeared.
"Yay!!" Yuu jumped in joy. "I won!!"
Everyone else, though, were stunned speechless.
