There are four types of witches and warlocks.
1 - The Normal Witches And Warlocks That You And I Know
These witches and warlocks often appear in children's stories as ugly people riding broomsticks and wearing sharp, black hats. They brew potions, cast spells that turn intruders into toads, but most of the time they are harmless. The most they can do is imprison a person in a cursed mirror. (The person is able to escape within a week or so.)
2 - Kind Witches And Warlocks With Wonderful Intentions
These witches and warlocks live in miniature toadstool homes, and are winged. They will all have pet pegasi, and help anything in need. All of these witches and warlocks are a part of the WAWA (Witches and Warlock Association). They shower everybody with a lovely aroma that will have them energized for days.
3 - Secret Witches And Warlocks So Evil You Cannot Imagine
These witches and warlocks are probably the worst people you have ever heard of. They cruelly torture people just for their entertainment, ruin innocent beings' businesses, and worst of all... Eat their toenails. It is said these creatures eat them for hygienic purposes. It is either that they do not know what hygienic means, or that it actually helps. We will never know, and I do not intend to try it.
4 - Normal People Who Do Not Know They Are A Witch Or Warlock
These are the most common type of witch and warlock. Often people will be born with an unusually shaped birthmark. In my case, it was a star on my elbow. For some people they will be in ridiculous places, like my apprentice, Fiona, who's birthmark is on her bottom. Quite unfortunate, as witches and warlocks must have their birthmarks checked every five months. Anyways. They will start their journey as apprentices, then witch or warlock, and if you're lucky (and skilled), Master of Magic for a century, then retire to the Growing Toadstool. These people will discover their true identity when they need it most, like when they are starving, in desperate need of shelter, or when your number two refuses to do your bidding. (This tale is passed down from generations and generations, and the last part is unfortunately a real story, experienced by my own great-grandfather, Niles Winkling Macgyver.)
Now, I haven't introduced myself properly yet, have I? My name is Lilith Macgyver, secondary class kind witch. It sounds quite lame when you say it like that, but believe me, my job is far from lame.
I have an apprentice witch under my wing named Fiona Mackerel. Unusual girl, but she's a fine student. She is studying to major in Potions & Herbs, one of the tricky subjects. I, of course, passed all of the subjects with straight A's. I own a pegasus named Mae, who is desperately in need of a diet change, as well as a fluffy ragdoll she-cat named Corey. She is my pride and joy, though she often digs through my golden carrot garden and writhes with worms and comes back looking like a pig who had just come out from a mud bath.
Despite all these strange... things that I experience way too much for my liking, I love my job.
I am a representative for the WAWA. Because of this, I have earned an unfortunate nickname from my nieces and nephews as 'Wawa Mama'. Quite peculiar as I am not their mother.
The WAWA usually works on finding ways to develop different types of magic (not evil, of course), and banish the 'Secret Witches And Warlocks So Evil You Cannot Imagine' group from Raven Valley altogether. We don't have specific names for all the different witches and warlocks, which I think is absurd. And we know better than to call Evil Edna a SWAWSEYCI (initials, in case you wanted to know.)
See? I shall have to add this on the WAWA representative notice board with extra worm slime to empathize.
In case you didn't realize already, this is my diary. And if you're reading this, I don't know why or how. But I might as well entertain you now that I've started.
But for today, this is all. My fingers ache and I must go for my meeting with the WAWA representatives. Goodbye, stranger.
