Sometime during doomsday dream stabbed tommy in his Lower left arm.
Dream ended up hitting something vital and it caused tommy to lose all feeling and ability to move his left arm from his hand up to his elbow.
Tommy somehow has been able to keep it hidden from almost everyone..
