Cadet:
We stalked carefully through the plains of Iraq, rifles at the ready. Just as we entered a little valley between two dunes, I grabbed the Captains shoulder and pulled him back, then kicking the land mine away from us. I saw the mines everywhere and noticed the tripwire.

"Its a trap." I stated. "We'll go around the valley." Everyone nodded, knowing that it was true. We turned to walk around the valley and encountered the terrorists. I ended up being shot in the shoulder and same collarbone, broke several ribs and some of the right part of my face was severely burnt.

I wasn't a fan of Iraq. What happened there was during my time as a US Navy Seal. Thankfully, the burns healed.

Second Lieutenant:
A bomb went off to my left and I leapt out of the way, swearing. I pulled out my gun and fired, hearing a sickening crunch followed by a thud as I shot one of the enemies.

"Who're we up against this time?" One of my squad members asked. We'd been in quite a few of these, so it wasn't new.

I rolled out of the way and got up again, shaking slightly. I felt blood sleeping from a large gash under my ear, but I could barely hear through that ear.

"Chinese." I spat, shooting several more as I ducked behind a wall and started climbing it.

Didn't like the Chinese either. Fucking assholes, almost as bad as the Iraqis. That shit happened while I was serving with the Australian Navy Marines.

Lieutenant:
"God dammit!" I growled as a plane flew overhead, dropping a bomb. I held my knife in my mouth and dove behind some bushes before pulling out my gun and firing away into the Vietnamese jungle, killing several soldiers.

I heard a whistling sound getting louder and deeper and swore again, only just getting out of range of the bomb in time, but not escaping the blast. Something- a burning hot shard of bomb- ended up sticking out of my back, another sticking out of my lower left calf and a third sticking out of the back of my neck.

Vietnam was a bitch. I spent almost a year out of commission because of the extent of my injuries and I didn't like having nothing to do. I had grown to have ADHD, RAD, STSD and severe PTSD during my time in the military.

Captain:
We were in a field in northern Japan. Koreans had invaded a town not too far away and had blown the entire thing up.

There was a loud Bang and I hissed as a bullet went clean through my right shin, getting stuck in the bone.

I barely dodged another bullet in time, it only skimming my mostly deaf ear and tearing the fucking thing to shreds. My face was now drenched in sweat and blood.

Brilliant.

I shot several Koreans in the head, but a bomb went off and blew half of my team to smithereens to shreds and burnt all up the right side of my neck and my cheek, also extending all the way up and kind of wrapping around my eye. I swore, shoving my lieutenant out of the way and being shot in the chest, the bullet piercing my skin but getting stuck in my ribs.

We fought fiercely, half of what was left of my squadron being slaughtered by the Koreans and, and eventually defeated our enemies. I had been stabbed several times and my right eye was sliced open.

That was probably the worst fight yet. If it wasn't for my lieutenant, who's brother had a weak healing quirk, I wouldn't have made it to the nearest town where I was then patched up by the kid again and then carted off, comatose, to Hosu where I was then patched up be Recovery Girl.
