I was finally meeting her. She texted me letting me know what she was wearing so I knew what to look for, a Bring me the Horizon shirt and a pair of black skintight jeans, even though she would have stood out to me wherever she would be. "I've known Mikayla for two years and I'm finally meeting her." I said to myself excitedly. I was so excited and anxious, my heart was beating so fast it felt like it was going to jump out and run away. I stood at the airport, waiting for her to arrive, but turns out she found me before I did. She honestly scared the shit out of me. She hugged me from behind before even saying anything and before I even saw her. I guess it must be nice not being tall and blending in with the crowd; it really helps with sneaking around in her case.

I asked her how her flight was and if she was hungry as I hugged her back tightly. We were face to face. I was trying so hard not to turn red from happiness. She responded in a quiet, shy voice, "Eh, was fine and yeah a little." She was smiling a lot, her voice was quieter then what I was used to, even if it was usually on calls. I was just really taken back by how beautiful she was, despite seeing her so many times. But having her right in front of me at that very moment, my heart was going crazy I was smiling so much with this stupid grin on my face. The smile that she had seen and joked about so many times. This was the girl I had been waiting and wanting to meet for two years. She had her hair up at the back and wasn't as tall as me, but she was a decent height for a girl her age. She looked great in her outfit and even wore her platform boots. I could tell she had makeup on and was trying to go all out for us meeting.

Once we got to the car I helped her put her luggage in the car. I had a restaurant in mind, seeing it was dinner time when she had arrived and she was hungry. Finally, we were on our way. Things were quiet for a little while until I pointed out some kangaroos and a lone emu sitting around on the side of the road, it was her first time in Australia so I made sure to drive slow so she could see them. I looked over to her, her face in awe from looking at the animals. She had the cutest innocent face. I continued to make small talk about the next few weeks, she told me that she loved what I had planned. We starting goofing around like clowns and laughing, it started to get a little crazy in the car after just twenty minutes.

My heart was still going crazy and I felt happier than ever, I think she was happy as well. It wasn't hard to tell by the way she kept staring at me and smiling, so it was a good indication that she'd enjoy what I had planned I knew having her around was going to be amazing.
