Area 21, San Carlapa
Mr. Birdwhistle was fond of coffee. He liked some Mocha in the good days. A little extra chocolate won't do no harm. Cream on top. Preferably hot, but iced in the hot summer days.
However today was a black coffee day. Mr. Birdwhistle was drowning in work. He put his cup of black coffee on the desk above a book. Covering most of the title, but the word paranormal.
He almost didn't notice his phone vibrating. At the last second, he picked it up quickly. School.
"Mr. Birdwhistle," a woman in the phone said. "This is the headteacher at San Carlapa private school."
He was searching in the drawer. "I hope she didn't get in trouble again,"
"I'm afraid she has,"
He pulled out a coaster and a tissue. "I'm really sorry,"
"Mr. Birdwhistle we cannot tolerate such a savage behavior."
Lifting the coffee cup, he wiped the book under it clean and placed the cup on the coaster. "Come on now, it cannot be that bad."
"She bit a student. Parents are threatening the school. I'm really sorry to be doing this but we're expelling her."
He sat back on the chair. Between the mountain of books on the desk, there was one that's titled How To Get Control Over the Bite. "She's just a kid," he answered. "kids bite all the time. That's no reason for expelling."
