As storms raged outside Jack the Hack, named for his brutal style of murder, sat in his dimly lit living room that had a bit of a blue glow. As he dropped a raw heart into his mouth he couldn't help but feel lonely, but such is the life of a serial killer. He continued to feed on what he had stored away slugging around his home feeling the weight of depression. "I have everything I could ever ask for but still I'm just not happy..." He muttered as he grabbed a can of beer from his fridge. He opened it and with a single breath he wished. "If only I had a friend." He began to chug his drink his adam's apple moving up and down with each gulp. Lightning and thunder crashed nearby startling Jack causing him to drop is beer. He went into his living room seeing that nothing was damaged. "Must've been further away than I though." He muttered. As he turned around he saw a small woman who appeared to have cat ears. She stared at him and smiled without saying a word.
"Hello?" He said questioning her existence as he inched his way back into the kitchen. He got another can and cracked it open.
"Mew." Her meows were soft and sweet like a baby kitten. Jack looked at her and raised an eye brow.
"You want some?" He asked gesturing to the drink. The strange woman nodded. He shrugged this oddity off and brought down a glass. She glared at him growling softly. He noticed and put it back bring down a small bowl. Her growling turned to pleasant purrs. Jack rolled his eyes and filled the small bowl with beer and sat it down for her. She proceeded to lap up the bitter drink while Jack downed what was left in the can. He looked over at her as she finished and her big blue eyes looked through him, all he could ask was
"Who the hell are you?"
