Hello, My Guppies! Here is Erin's first outfit. Modifications: no hat and the heels have been turned into flats courtesy of Fairy Godmother's wand! Enjoy!

An iPad rested untouched on a wooden table. Two different colored vials of nail polish- one green and one purple- stood beside it. A small, delicate manicured hand opened the iPad, turning on the screen.

"Once upon a time long, long ago... well, more like 20 years ago..." Mal started with amusement in their voice. "Belle married her beast in front of 6,000 of their closest friends. Big cake," she deadpanned, swiping at a pop-up cake.

The screen changed to that of a map of the land. "Yeah, so instead of a honeymoon, Beast united all of the kingdoms and got himself elected King of the United States of Auradon. He rounded up all the villains and sidekicks... basically all the interesting people... and he booted them off to the Isle of the Lost with a magical barrier to keep them there."

Images of dull, dingy buildings covered in moss and mold flashed. "This is my hood," Mal continued, "No magic. No Wi-Fi. No way out. Or so I thought. Hang on, you're about to meet us. But first, this happened..."

Ben stood on an elevated piece of his bedroom floor, staring out the large windows towards the Isle of the Lost while the family tailor performed the necessary adjustments on Ben's suit for the Coronation. He was too lost in his thoughts and in the view to be fully present during the fitting.

"Head. Ah-ha!" The tailor muttered as he corrected Ben's head position so he was looking straight ahead. Ben's parents, King Adam (Beast) and Queen Belle decided to choose that moment to enter Ben's bedroom.

As they walked in, King Adam affectionately said, "How is it possible that you're going to be crowned king next month? You're just a baby!"

"He's turning 16, dear," Belle interjected, placing a loving hand on her husband's arm.

Ben smiled. "Hey, pops."

"16? That's far too young to be crowned king. I didn't make a good decision until I was at least 42."

Belle, who had been folding some clothes that were laid haphazardly on Ben's bed, looked at Adam incredulously and stated, "Uh, you decided to marry me at 28."

"Ah, it was either you or a teapot," King Adam joked, making Ben snicker. But Queen Belle was none too pleased as she gave both boys a pointed look. Adam stopped chuckling and relented, "Kidding."

The moment passed and Belle went back to absentmindedly folding her son's clothes. Ben took a deep breath, steeling his nerves for how his parents would react to what he had to say. Finally feeling ready, he went to take a few steps forwards as he said, "Mom, dad-"

"Ah! Nn-nnh!" The tailor reprimanded, forcing Ben to move back and stay still. Then, he continued, "I've chosen my first official proclamation. I've decided that the children on the Isle of the Lost be given a chance to live here in Auradon."

The king and queen were in shock. Belle dropped the jacket she was holding and one could practically hear Adam's blood beginning to boil. Before they could say anything, Ben explained, "Every time I look out to the island, I feel they've been abandoned."

Ben had completely abandoned the notion of staying still for his fitting as he moved towards the large windows, and the tailor was fed up with wrangling the ambitious king-to-be. Adam did his best to keep the anger out of his voice as he asked, "The children of our sworn enemies, living among us?"

"We start out with a few at first, only the ones who need our help the most. I've already chosen them."

Adam stepped forward in a challenging manner. "Have you?"
