Ch. 15 "Weakness"

                                                     Jayden POV 

I ran down the street, trying to avoid all of them, they just don't understand I need to stay hidden not be safe, 

I was running out of steam, my asthma was sneaking up on me but I have my inhaler so no matter, I thought 

I cut down and alley, teleporting on the other side of the fence, 

I ducked down a few alleys, until I I leaned against the wall, I went to use my inhaler but it was empty, 

This... This is a problem, 

I fell to my knees wheezing holding my chest, I couldn't breathe, the pain of not being able to breathe because of weak lungs, 

"Shorty!" Bucky said rushing towards me with Steve not far, 

"Talk to me what's wrong?" He said worried 

I couldn't talk I just simply handed him the inhaler as I continued to wheeze, 

"She needs oxygen," Bucky said looking over his shoulder to Steve and Tony, 

"I've got her," Tony said picked me up gently bridal Style everything went dark after that, 

                                             Tony POV 

Jayden passed out so I flew faster through the sky, 

I got to the lab, 

"Banner!" I said laying Jayden on the table 

Bruce hooked Jayden to all different kind of wires, the machines beeped, erratically, 

"She has asthma," I said in a panic 

Bruce rolled a cart over to her, putting a oxygen mask over her nose and mouth, 

Bruce took an X-Ray of her lungs, 

"Tony she almost collapsed her lung," Bruce said showing me the X-Ray, 

I sighed, 

"But she's going to be okay," I asked 

He nodded, 

"She got lucky," He said 

I nodded 

I walked over to her, 

"Kid, you scared the hell out of me," I whispered 

she was still passed out, I walked out of the room, to see everyone waiting, 

"She's going to be alright," I said 

Everyone sighed in relief, 

                                             Jayden POV 

Beep, Beep, Beep, 

My heavy eyelids slowly flutter open, my chest hurt that was the first thing I noticed, the second was the mask over my face, 

I was about to remove it, 

But a hand stopped me, I looked to see Tony, 

"Don't you still need it," He said 

I laid my head back on the pillows, blinking slowly, this is the first time, I've had to be treated for a asthma attack, normally I have my inhaler but I ran out, I wasn't counting on that, 

"Jayden," Tony said getting my attention 

I looked in his direction He sat down next to the bed, 

"How long have you had this?" He said showing me the inhaler I gave Bucky 

I guess he's referring to the asthma, 

"Since I was a baby," I said slowly 

Tony nodded, 

"You don't like to show this do you?" He said 

I looked away, it's the truth if they know your weakness, they know how to use it against you, I thought 

"Hey it's alright," Tony said 

I sighed, 

"It shows weakness," i said 

"This,"I said holding my chest, 

"This is a weakness," I said sadly 

"Listen to me Jayden, just because you have a flaw doesn't mean it's a wakens," He said gently 

"What do you mean?" i asked tilting my head, 

"it means just because you have this," He said pointing to my chest 

"Doesn't mean it makes you weak," He said 

"Do you understand?" He asked 

I nodded 

Then the door opened, 

"Hey shorty how you feeling," Bucky said walking in, 

Along with Steve, Nat and Clint,
