Avengers Stony Our little surprise

Ch. 11 "Innocent"

                                                Jayden POV 

Steve sat me in a chair at a table but due to my petit figure and smallness I kinda am a little below eye level with the table, 

Steve chuckled grabbing a few book and sat them on the chair, and then sat me on the books, 

"You do Know I could just have stood on the chair," I said innocently 

"Yeah, but that wouldn't be safe," Steve said 

Did he really just say that, I've been running the streets for how long now? I thought looking at Tony with a did he just say that look, 

Tony chuckles 

"I don't think she's buying that excuse Steve," Tony said as he flipped a pancake on the stove, 

"Not at all," I said crossing my arms, 

"Why not shorty," Tony said 

"Oh gee I don't know maybe because I've been in more danger than your typical child," I said 

Tony set a plate of Pancakes in front of me, putting one on a plate handing a plate to Steve then one in front of me, and one for himself, 

"How so Shorty," Tony said 

"Life of a street kid, it's fun mostly you can get into all kinds of mischief, but you do run into a few mishaps," I said taking a bite of the fluffy goodness 

They looked at each other, 

"What do you mean mischief?" Steve said concerned 

"Well umm, uh," I couldn't find a answer so I took a bite out of the pancake trying to avoid that subject, 

Tony smirked 

"I don't think she wants to tell," Tony said 

I looked at my wrist, 

"Oh boy is it that time already, I gotta go," I said jumping off the chair making a run for it only to be picked up from behind, 

"Hey come on! cut it out!" I said struggling 

"Oh no were going to continue this conversation," Steve said 

"I don't think so," I said teleporting, on the couch, 

"Jayden," Steve said sternly 

"Yes," I said innocently as I batted my eyelashes 

Then out of no where Tony bursted out laughing, 

"Oh man kid you really know how to play it don't you?" He said 

I stuck my tongue out at him, Steve went to grab me, but I teleported 

I was now next to Tony in the kitchen, 

"Jayden," Steve said 

I smiled Steve crossed his arms, 

"Might wanna give up the sternness Steve she's not going for it," Tony said 

"Not helping Tony," Steve said 

Steve was now kneeling in front of me, 

"Now can we please talk about what you meant?" Steve said 

He smiled sadly at me, 

Oh man that's not fair, I thought 

I just nodded
