I used to believe that fear is the contrary of bravery both in definition and where each take place. A simple thinking back then but growing up I go back to that old dictionary since major revision is necessary.
You don't be less scared when you brave. You are brave and scared at the same time. Thinking back of when faced with something scary and handwringing, that's the time when I realise that fear lies not on the other side of bravery. The more you feel scared the braver you become.
