Start from the beginning

It was midnight when (Y/N) finally had an idea on how to mend her and Sam's relationship. It was kind of dumb, and she still had her doubts on how to do it correctly, but overall it was pretty solid.

First, she would have to convince Sam to go to Hogsmeade, there she would give her a tour, and they would have a good time. She would meet Leo too, so it would be like to kill two birds with one stone.

Maybe they could even go to different stores and buy something, it was flawless! A bit forced, but still flawless.

That week passed in a blink, Professor Flitwick asked everyone to do lots of training, even outside classes, and Professor Binns left this huge essay on the Troll War.

Finally, it was Sunday, and (Y/N) found herself in the necessity to basically drag Sam away from Hogwarts and to the train. It was kind of hard, but with the help of some spells everything went by smoothly.

Once again, (Y/N) had to drag Sam out of their compartment and to the Three Broomsticks. Inside the small and cozy restaurant, Sam finally gave up on trying to resist.

Leo was sitting on their regular table and when he saw them he waved. Regulus was the first to approach him, followed by Louis.

"Who is he and why is he waving at us?" Sam whispered to (Y/N), who smiled reassuringly.

"A friend. Louis and Regulus already know him, come on," the (Y/H/C) haired girl grabbed her friend again. The girls' arms were getting tired from all the dragging around, so this time Sam didn't put any resistance.

Both girls sat down, (Y/N) next to Regulus and Sam next to Louis.

"Leo, Sam," Louis presented, gesturing with his arms. "Sam, Leo."

The group of five was the noisiest one in the restaurant, even louder than the low-key drunk 7th years. (Y/N) didn't even know when did they start raising their voices, and it didn't help their case that Regulus had a really loud laugh.

It had gotten so bad that at one point, a waitress had to approach them and ask them to leave. It was around 5 when they went to Zonko's, and it was around 7 when they had run out of money and were now just walking around.

While wandering, (Y/N) could see her enemy (a bit dramatic to call it that, but that's (Y/N) for you) with his annoying group of friends. She nudged Louis with her shoulder, as he was the only one to help her with the ongoing war between her and the Gryffindor.

"Hey, can you pass me the Zonko's bag please?" Unknowingly, the two had started to walk slower, staying behind as a result. Louis nodded and fulfilled her request, looking at the girl with curiosity.

"What are you looking for?" He whispered, leaning in closer. (Y/N) was growing frustrated, muttering incoherent words under her breath.

"The thing that I bought, it was like this miniature bucket thingy. Gah! Where is it?" Louis wanted to tell her that shaking the bag like that was only making it more difficult, but he was honestly scared of frustrating the girl even further.

"Hey, what are you two conspiring about back there?" Sam called out, getting near them, with Regulus and Leo hot on her heels.

"Don't know. (Y/N) is looking for that weird bucket we bought in Zonko's." Louis shrugged.

"Hey, I have that on my bag. Here," Regulus gave her the small bucket (so small it fit on the palm of his hand) with a fish on the front. "Why do you want it?"

Sam looked around and spotted the marauders. "She wants to use it on those guys. I tell you, she's obsessed!"

"No, I'm not! I'm just finally getting my revenge after two years."

"Revenge? Revenge for what?" Asked Leo and Regulus.

Sam sighed, "She tried to be friends with those guys," She pointed to the four Gryffindors, "On first year. It didn't end well, they rejected her and then pranked her."

"Sam, shh!! That's secret." (Y/N) looked over to Leo and Regulus, with red cheeks. "There's more to that, okay? They never even apologized."

"Would you have forgiven them if they apologized?" Leo asked.

(Y/N) sighed, "Well, no. But a 'I'm sorry' would have been nice. Now shut up, or they'll hear us."

Removing the lid of the bucket, she gestured Louis to give her his arm, to which he obliged. Inclining the small bucket on his wrist, a green -ish liquid came out of it, she got close enough to smell it; her face contorted into one of disgust.

"Okay, this might be kind of stupid but hear me out: we use the spell to make things big, and then we throw it!" She exclaimed.

Regulus wanted to protest, he really did. But Sirius had been acting like an idiot during the summer, and it had hurt him, so he let his friends continue their prank.

Sam sighed, "(Y/N) this is the most ridiculous thing you've done. You'll look so dumb."

"Well, I think it's a great idea," Louis said, him and (Y/N) high-fived.

"Of course you do" Sam muttered. "But even if I don't agree with this, what's the spell? And isn't it for older students?"

(Y/N)'s face fell, looking for any instruction on how to turn it bigger.

Leo wore a proud smile on his face, "It's on the tag, see? It's 'engorgio', and I happen to know how to do it."

Louis punched the air happily, "Do it, do it!"

(Y/N) put the bucket on the floor, stepping away in case anything happened. Leo took his wand out of the pocket of his robe, saying the spell. What had been miniature size, was now the size of a normal bucket.

"So what now, just like- go near them and throw the bucket?" Regulus asked.

(Y/N) shook her head, "I have an idea. So first we hide in that corner, see?" She pointed to the small space between two shops. "Leo could tell them he saw something there and ask Sirius for help, or whatever I don't know, and boom! Throw it."

"And then how would we escape?" Sam asked, (Y/N) was getting tired of everyone questioning her, but her question was reasonable.

"Well, we hide in the store, and when he goes there we throw it. Easy-peasy." Louis completed, it was like him and (Y/N) read each other's mind.

"Won't Leo get in trouble?" Regulus asked.

(Y/N) shook her head, "No, because he can play it off like he just saw something."

And like that, (Y/N)'s idiotic plan started. She had to admit that Leo was a good actor, he convinced Sirius so easily. And as a bonus, James went too! Remus had to stay with Peter the coward.

Sam, Regulus, (Y/N) and Louis exited their hiding place with both girls carrying the bucket full of smelly water.

"There's nothing here! Come on, Sirius let's just leave." James said, before being rudely interrupted by cold water on his back.

"What the- Hey!" Sirius was soaking as well, the cold air of the night making him shiver. "It's (Y/N)!"

James turned around, seeing 4 especially obnoxious slytherins. (Y/N) wore an arrogant smile on her face, she was mocking them.

"Who smells like fish now, Black?"

And the only thing Sirius could think about, not minding the cold or the fact that he didn't know if wands were waterproof was, 'why did it sound cool when she said it?'
