Kendra and Carter and Plushies

"Thank you so much for watching her for us." CJ said handing you off to Kendra and Carter. Kendra picked you up happily and brushed your short wavy brown hair away from your eyes. You had your mom's hair, and at one years old you liked it brushed into a sprig on the top of your head. CJ waved at you, and kissed your forehead. You waved your chubby baby arms around and cooed at her. She walked down the bridge and left for a mission with the rest of the team.

"Okay, alsghyr." Kendra cooed, "What shall we do with you." 

Carter let out a hefty laugh as you spoke in baby gibberish and waved your arms around. She set you on the ground and you rapidly crawled over to Carter, and propped yourself up on his leg, standing on his boot. He picked you up and carefully tossed you in the air and you squealed happily. 

"How about we find you some toys, alsghyr." he said as you shoved your fingers in your mouth, happily chewing on them in all your baby glory. As he put you on his hip, you started rubbing your slobbery fingers all over his Hawkman armor. You giggled and clapped your hands as you saw your reflection in the shoulder armor. He walked into Rip's office-turned-nursery and set you down in your playpen. Kendra stepped into it and sat down letting you crawl on her lap and play with her short, highlighted hair.

"Alright, Y/N, here's some toys for you." Carter said bringing over a bag stuffed with various superhero plushies. He handed her the Firestorm plushie and she happily chewed on it, laying back in Kendra's lap. 

"Who is that, Y/N?" Kendra asked in a baby voice.

"Pwah!" you shouted. 

"That's your daddy." she replied as you tossed the plushie at Carter. He handed it back, and you tossed it again.

"Pwaaaaaaaaah!" you yelled. 

Carter dug in the bag and pulled out a Siren plushie (CJ's superhero name), and handed it to you. You refused to take it and he dug again. He pulled out a Hawkman plushie and he "flew" it around and you clapped your hands happily. All of a sudden...you began to cry. Carter looked at Kendra with eyes wide and she tried to calm you down. 

"Gideon, how do we stop her crying?!" Kendra yelled at the AI, frantic.

"My calculations presume that she is hungry." Gideon replied.

They flew you to the kitchen, and fixed you some baby food. You hungrily accepted it and you stopped crying. You slapped your hands on your baby chair as they fed you and cooed at you. 

A few hours later, the team returned. They found you sleeping in Carter's arms, who was sleeping on Kendra, with his head on her lap. Frozen Two was playing on the TV and the credits were rolling. Jefferson turned the TV off, as CJ picked you up, and took you to bed. You curled up in her arms, content at the fun day you had with the Hawksitters.
