•Fu Zhi Cheng: used to be a bandit leader, was defeated by the old marquis and recruited into the army. Commander of the southern frontier army.
• Kuai Lan Tu : Central Inspector of south
appointed by the Imperial Court (Yuan He) to refrain Fu Zhi Cheng. Dude hates FZC.
•Jing Xu: bandit king in the Southern mountains prior daoist priest. Best friends with FZC.

•General Qui Wen Shan : incharge of the defence in black iron camp. He was stationed in western region by Gu Yun. After gu Yun went to south, Luo Lan Kingdom asked him for help to exterminate desert bandits. They won and rescued some tian Zhu merchants (indian merchants). The merchants turned out to be 'gold fighters'(Ziliujin smugglers) . And he handed them to the northwest government division for further inquiry.
• He Rong hui: commander of the eagle fraction. Sent Gu Yun a letter when Gu Yun was in house arrest. It is difficult to communicate with him. And he hates Meng Peng fei.
•Meng Peng fei: Northwest governor. Loyal to the Imperial court. Supports the drumming order.
•Cai Feng: commender of central plains. Used to be subordinate to the old marquis. And is still loyal to the Gu family.
Later, assigned to North City Defense Army
•Tan Hong fei: commander of the northern camp. Loyal to Gu Yun. Old member of black iron camp.
Came to the capital when he heard about the attempted assassination of Gu Yun to conduct through investigation. And later he gets to know a lot of stuff in chapter 55.
•Eunach Wu he: served Yuan He(CG's dad)

Dude commited suicide in chapter 54 and left a suicide note, which his adopted son was reading in front of general tan Hong fei
(Adopted son commited suicide after telling his version of truth.)
Was accused of harming the third Prince and was executed.
But it was someone else dying in his steed. He escaped.
•Mayor Zhu heng : mayor of the north. it was in his palace where all the drama took place after the suicide of Eunach Wu he.
•Huo Dan: attends to Gu yun in chapter 55. Commander of the guards of the marquis manor.
