Journalist Anand Ingalagi's Book "El-Dorado" that detailed the events at Kolar Gold Fields (KGF) between 1951 and the present day has been the banned by the government of India and all the published copies were burnt. However, a television news channel (24/news) procures a copy of the book. The Chief Editor of the channel, Deepa Hegde, interviews Anand circling the events. And that's where the story starts.

Deepa Hegde :- "Humne 1951 se lekar aaj tak ke sabhi newspapers check kiye par kisi mein bhi KGF ka kahi bhi jikar nahi hai. Chaliye iss Book ko bhi chod dete hai, khud aapke muh se sunte ki aakhir uss vakt hua kya tha. Aakhir kon tha vo saksh Hero ya Villian?"

Anand Ingalagi just smiled.
"Aapne El- Dorado ke baare main to suna hoga."
Deepa Hegde:- "You mean the lost City of gold."
Anand:- "Agar uspar koi kabza kar leta to vo duniya ka sabse amir aadmi ban sakta tha. Right?"
Deepa:- "Possibly."
Anand Ingalagi nodded and started narrating the story.

Into the scene :-
Dusre viswa yudh ke baad gold ke prices mein ekdum se increment hua. Sabhi officers ko gold deposits discover karne ke liye alag-alag jagah bhej dia gya.

Year 1951,
Few officials of government discovered some gold deposits in the southern part of India's Mysore state (Kolar District, Karnataka). Suryavardhan, a local Don who accompanied the officials murders them and buys a company namely Narachi limestone corporation for lease for 99 years. He used secretly capture the village people and made them to work in the mines. Usi din ek ghatna aur hui kahi dur vo bhi paida ho gya.
Raja Krishnappa Bariya alias 'Rocky' was born on the same day to a poor, widowed woman.
Rocky's mother passed away when he was just 8 years old.
On the other hand, the business of Suryavardan was prospering. In his business, he choose five partners who also acted as the pillars of his business. Kamal, the son of former associate Bhargav, who used to transport the melted gold from Dwarka, Rajendara Desai, to oversee the distribution of gold in Bangalore, Andrews had control on the west coast, Guru Pandian, a powerful politician and president of DYSS party and his brother Adheera. Due to the strong bond of Adheera and son, Garuda, no one dared to meddle in the matters. But one day, Suryavardhan has a heart stroke, each of the partners has their eyes on the mines.
Adheera pledged not to rule KGF until his brother's son Garuda is alive.
