"Oh, no. Okay, relax."Hermione said making her way to the sorting hat
"Mental that one, I'm telling you." Ron said than I slapped the back of his head
"Ah, right then...hmm...right. Okay...Gryffindor!!" the sorting hat said and Hermione made her way to the Gryffindor table
"Abbott,Hannah"
"HUFFLEPUFF"
"Malfoy,Draco"
"SLYTHERIN"
"Burke,Lyra" "Hm, lets see very confident and different from the rest of your family you would make a great Hufflepuff but I see you want to stay with your family I know...SLYTHERIN" the hat said
"Burke,Cole" this was the same boy from the train you thought and you guessed the girl before was his twin. "I see you're intelligent could be a ravenclaw but, you want to stay with your sister so this is easy...SLYTHERIN"
"Black,Ara" quite a few people gasped in surprise. The teachers were all watching now. Ara made her way to the stool putting the hat on her head
"Ah, another black didn't think I see another one of you ,your like your father very brave, also very intelligent you could do great things in Ravenclaw, you're not very patient but you're very kind, you wouldn't quite fit in Hufflepuff, Ah yess, you're ambitious, cunning, and manipulative to get what you want you do have all the slytherin qualities, you're also brave, reckless, also quite a prankster like a father you could be a Gryffindor, but we're should I put you"
"I honestly don't care where you put me but I wanna be like my uncle more than my father , I know i'm intelligent, I understand I'm brave reckless a prankster but I wanna prove my self and show that not all Slytherins are bad" Ara said in head to the hat
Everybody was watching anxiously as a hat and her were going back-and-forth for five minutes she was hat stall so the hat finally took her consideration and put her where she wanted to be
"You can fit into these houses either way Gryffindor and Slytherin, but I know where you wanna be. You wanna be like your uncle but have the good traits of your father I know exactly where to put you... SLYTHERIN" the hat finally said Ara then let out a breath she didn't know she was holding and made her way to the Slytherin table and sat next to the Burke's
"Weasley,Ronald" "Another Weasley I know where to put you...GRYFFINDOR" Ron made his way to the Gryffindor table
"Potter,Harry"
"Hmm...difficult, very difficult. Plenty of courage I see, not a bad mind, either. There's talent, oh yes, and a thirst to prove yourself. But where to put you?"
"Not Slytherin. Not Slytherin." Harry muttered to the hat
"Not Slytherin, eh? Are you sure? You could be great, you know. It's all here in your head. And Slytherin will help you on the way to greatness! There's no doubt about that. No?"
"Not Slytherin...anything but Slytherin." Harry said
"Well, if you're sure... better be... GRYFFINDOR!!" The ha said then he made his way to the Gryffindor table and looked at Ara and gave her a smile which she returned.Ara droned out the rest of the Sorting.
Dumbledore then let the feast begin and they ate until their stomachs ache and then there were ready to go to the common rooms. Everyone got up and followed their prefects to their common rooms. The Slytherin common room we're in the dungeons so it took a little while more to walk but on the way I talk to my two new friends Lyra and Cole.
We made our way to the Slytherin common room where the password was "pure blood". The prefect told us which way our dormitories were and the girls and boys made their way up. I shared it with Lyra Burke, Pansy Parkinson,Tracy Davies and one more girl. They all went to sleep so I stayed up. I heard something.
"Hello Ara" the person said
"Who are you, and why do you look familiar" you said and noticed to more people coming up
" i'm Regulus Black you're Uncle and these are your godparents Lily and James Potter, what do we share in common Ara" he said to his niece
" you're all dead, so that means I can see dead people, low-key that's kind a cool kind of creepy but kind a cool" Ara said
" well it was nice to meet you and all but my first day of school is tomorrow so I'll talk to you tomorrow probably every day ,but can I talk to more people or just you guys" she said
" you can talk to more people just just have to call their name or sometime will come to you, but yes you should definitely sleep the school congratulations on getting in the best house ever" Reggie said
"Hey Gryffindor, is definitely the best house" James said
" well I'm gonna go to sleep because I got to get up early to get my schedule and I'm pretty sure I have potions so I have to make sure to be up early to bully Snivellus" Ara said evilly
"Oh yess you definitely are Sirius's daughter" Lily said to you
" well I'm gonna go to sleep good night to you guys bye" Ara said going to sleep
She thought maybe life would be good. But she didn't know she would have tough challenges on the way this is just the beginning of her story the beginning of her powers.
