After sending Lou Xiaoxiao away, Lou Qianxue had a comfy shower. She sprawled herself across the bed and fell into a deep slumber.

During her stay in the mountains, she had diligently trained, and she had to stay on guard at all times. It had been a long time since she had a good rest. Inside from the space, Lou Qianxue saw a black shadow enter her room and lurk around her bed. The shadow could not find her and it murmured to itself in confusion. "Where is she? How did she disappear?"

The other party was shocked and immediately stabbed a dagger forward toward Lou Qianxue's waist. "Don't make any noise and follow me."

Even though she had been threatened by an enemy, Lou Qianxue was not afraid. Instead, she revealed a smirk. "What makes you think that it's a safe idea to be so close to me?"

A pair of slim, tender, and pale hands were pressed against the other party's neck. "Say, who sent you here, and where are you bringing me?"

The other party was horrified and struggled to move. However, the vein that Lou Qianxue was pressing against hurt and made that person's shirt wet. "Let me go! Otherwise, I will scream."

Lou Qianxue displayed a reaction of surprise before laughing. "Sure! Scream all you want. Then my grandpa can help me do a background check on you."

The other party's expression changed upon hearing that. The realization that this was the territory of the Lou Family in the City Lord Mansion struck her mind.

She felt that she had been careless for a moment and that was why Lou Qianxue had managed to catch her off-guard. She intended to turn around when Lou Qianxue would become careless. For the time being, she decided to be cooperative. "Lady Mo sent me here."

"Lady Mo..." Lou Qianxue's eyes glowed a little, and she instantly thought of the deaths of Mo Youwei and his nanny. "I see."
