Laughter of children could be heard aloud under the blue clear sky. You wandered around the fields in pure bliss with a boy you had never meet before. Bare feet touching the fresh grass filled with dew, it was as if all of your worries had diminished in this open and green golden field. The mysterious boy grabbed your hand and pulled you out towards a field of flowers before stopping suddenly. He kneeled down to grab a specific flower before giving it to you with a flustered expression. You gasped happily at his little gift, your (E/C) glittering with happiness and joy and leaned in to kiss his blushing cheek. The blonde smiled and, feeling flustered, looked down before looking at you with a happy expression. For a mere moment you felt free loved and.. happy.

The moon illuminated the dark blue sky, titanic clouds hovering over the rich lands of Termina. The orphanage was rather dark and lukewarm and the soft sounds of children resting could be heard in the room. You had awoken yet from another strange dream; one of a blonde boy with blue eyes wearing a green tunic and a fairy flying above him. You would interact with him in these different happy scenarios while other times scary and dark dreams with him by your side occurred. It was as if you knew the boy and the feeling of his warm hand he used to hold yours in those dreams soothed your mind. You rubbed your eyes and yawned silently before looking over the window. The moon was at it's fullest at this hour. Making sure that no one was awake, you shifted your night down slowly as to not create noise and tiptoed over to the nearest window near your bed. Placing your small hands over the window structure you forced your little feet up to peek into Terminas empty square. Your beady eyes roamed the area, stargazing the serene sky above. You couldn't help but wonder... what could the dreams mean?

Your thoughts were interrupted by a loud door slamming open revealing a rather upset and angry woman. You moved your head quickly and gulped aloud, freezing on your tracks in fear. "(Y/N)?!" The middle aged woman yelled out loud her feet stomping inside the room waking everyone up. "YOU LAZY BUM! YOU DIDN'T CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF!"

"I.. I...." your timid voice quivered in fear not knowing what to do as your small and helpless form trembled. The woman, still stomping over to you, grabbed your wrist quite harshly, pulling you toward her face and kneeled a bit to reach your smaller height. "You little rascal.. I should have thrown you out a long time ago!" She snapped angrily, her teeth clutching tightly before pulling you out of the room as the children stared in horror watching you being dragged out quite harshly. "You're lucky I'm getting paid or I would have thrown you out a long time ago! ALL of you!" The door slammed shut making the room shake slightly. The woman pulled you towards a wide open room with wooden long tables which had rows of wooden chairs on both sides. She pulled you towards a certain spot that had a bowl with a small spoon inside. "You think I would have let this slide huh?! Clean it up you lazy child or I'll make you sleep inside the attic alone again!"

You stared at your 'guardian' or the orphanage caretaker who had treated you and the other children with malice. Especially you, for some reason, had extreme hatred against. You would receive the harshest of punishments after a 'wrong' doing you had done and were treated with poor care even though you were a sweet and loving child. The scolding you were receiving wasn't even your own fault- she had rushed you and kicked you out of the cafeteria area before you could finish your meal properly. Why... Why so sudden.. at this time... why me..?

"(Y/N!!)" Your caretaker screamed rather loudly snapping you out of your thoughts. "Are you listening to me?! THAT'S IT, YOU'RE GOING TO THE A- OW!" the sudden affliction of pain from your impulse kick towards her stomach caused her to groan in pain, holding it tightly. "I-I'm sorry...!" you yelped as tears formed in your eyes before backing off, hesitant and scared to death at what would happen right then and there. You had NEVER hit anyone in your life and the sudden action caused you to internally panic. "Y...Y-You little.." The woman spat out weakly, still in a state of great pain. Without thinking you ran out of the room, out of the hallways of the treacherous place that had caused you so much pain and out of the orphanage building. For a moment the world seemed to slow down and you stood still. The Clock Town's buildings seemed mere silhouettes that brightened under the soft moonlight as the sun began to rise. The clock tower ticked and with every second, with every breath a sudden realization came. You had escaped.
