Never give up! It is only a matter of time before you're home. Yes sometimes it's hard, but trust me it's worth it

-Take frequent breaks: Shifting drains you, so don't forget to take a break every once in a while

-try and eat high vibration foods, but don't forget about your favorite ones either: "healthy" foods may help you raise vibrations, but don't forget to eat some ice cream every once in a while. Intuitive eating is best, and I don't want anyone restricting food groups because you want to shift.

-stay hydrated: this is pretty self explanatory but drink water bro

-meditate: yes it might seem like a hassle, but trust me it helps

-mental health first: please don't make shifting seem like a project or hassle, if you aren't feeling well mentally, take a break

-most importantly: have fun!! Shifting should be a positive experience, so make sure to discuss with others, read shifting stories, and just feel happy when you're shifting
