Right now, I wish I could go back home and take a loooong nap. But nope, Korra dragged me over to Air Temple Island so she can help me along with Tenzin and his kids so she can continue her airbending training. I wanted to refuse, but she wouldn't budge at all, so I reluctantly went with her. I also brought Momo with me just in case. Even with that, she failed horribly at airbending, or at least moving like one. What I didn't expect is her to destroy the contraption with her fire, in which I panicked while Tenzin and his kids were dumbfounded.

Korra argued over Tenzin and soon stormed off, in which he just stood there defeated as his two daughters hugged him, and Meelo played with the broken pieces after repeating what Korra said. I took a deep breath and followed Korra, seeing her fuming and changing off of her air clothing. I leaned on the door and shake my head in disappointment. "
Could you cool off? I know your feeling frustrated for not getting airbending sooner, but what you just did isn't gonna make it easier to get it."
She looked at me, guilty yet got angry again.

"And what would you know?! How can I be the Avatar if I can move the wind however I want?! You're not even a bender!"
She said angrily but then backed down, taking a deep breath and covering her face. I slightly giggled then started laughing. She looked at me like I was crazy and confusion was all over her face.
"Why.. are you laughing? I know I'm sorry for what I said but that's just-"

My laugh died down and I sat besides her after closing the door, then took a deep breath.
"Don't mind it, it just seemed a bit funny how mad you were getting."
She pouted and hugged herself, I chuckled and patted her back.
"You should apologize to Tenzin, y'know? What you did was unnecessary. But.. I can understand why it's so hard to grasp it yet you have to understand that not everything in life will go your way that easily.."
Korra nodded, looking at me with a small smile.
"You've been locked up all your life, that's probably why it's so hard for you to learn airbending. But look at the bright side, if you manage to slowly learn the ways of it, you might be getting closer to airbend. I know it's hard, but your not the first avatar to struggle with learning a specific type of bending. Just.. don't let your emotions take the best of you."

Her smiled grew and nodded again, hugging me tightly and I hugged her back.
"Thanks for that.. and again, I'm sorry.."
I shake my head and look at her.
"Don't worry! You're just a bit too hotheaded, but you'll learn to calm down and I'll help out, okay?"
She nodded and I smiled.
"Maybe I can teach you how to move like an airbender? Tenzin thought me a long time ago."

Korra was a bit shocked but nodded excitedly, so I held her hand and brought her outside, far from where everyone else was.
"Here seems good, let's start."

After a couple of hours, I've been teaching Korra some basic airbending movements and to try and be patient, giving her some tips to do so in which she appreciated, but suddenly she wanted to drag me over to a pro bending arena. Sure, I've heard of it, but it never interested me for a couple of reasons. But since she was nagging me, I reluctantly agreed and we got into our buddies and rode there, Korra using her waterbending to help.

After we arrived, she excitedly greeted Bolin and Mako, and noticed a small faint blush as she talked with Mako for a bit. I also saw the small jealousy of Bolin. Ugh, teenage drama. I slightly cleared my throat to get their attention.
"Come on guys, that arena ain't gonna fill itself with elements!"
They chuckled and went to train. I watched from far away and took a deep breath, sometimes I wished I could bend with them, but.. my bending would bring many questions and I don't want to deal with that. I actually found out how I got it, but it took so many months and I was tired. Anyways, I decided to leave them be and go walk around Republic City, to relax and continue my research.

I remember about a park with a protestor that usually hangs around there, obviously supporting the Equalists. I walked in as everyone backed away, scared off because of Momo. Shirshu's are rare, and are mostly considered dangerous animals or illegal in some parts, which seemed unfair to me. Either way, I still kept Momo around, she's a big help and I love her dorky attitude. Anyways, I finally arrived and it didn't take long to find the man, I rolled my eyes as I heard him protest against benders and such. If Aang nor his gang have taken Lord Ozai down, this world would've been doomed, but that's ancient history. A war caused by benders and ended by benders, and two nonbenders. I guess some people ignore that fact tho..

I walked over to the man and looked at the posters in which I picked one up, it's said "big revelation" on it and a time and day, but no location.
"Hey, um.. excuse me?"
I gently asked him, and he turned around and immediately grabbed the paper off my hand, having a glare on his face.
"What do YOU want?"
He said in his annoying voice, and I wanted to slap him so badly but I just faked a smile, convincing enough.
"I just couldn't help but wonder where this 'Big Revelation' is. I agree on your statement and would like to meet this amazing leader who would like to help us."
I tried my best to sound sweet and innocent, yet he looked at me with suspicion.

"And why would I TRUST you? You could be a bender-"

"I'm a nonbender, as well as my parents who have always been at a disadvantage because of benders.. even lost my grandparents because of them."
I lied, but put a convincing act as I covered my face to hide my "tears". And it worked. The man looked at me pitifully and apologized. He then got closer and whispered to me.
"The location is on the back, but don't tell anyone else about it. The paper is also the only way to get in."
I bowed down gratefully to him and grabbed a few papers, looking at the back and noticing the locations on them. I thanked him again and walked away on Momo.

"Quite a clever way to hide the location.. this leader most be smarter than I thought, besides that dumb supporter."
I then went and sat down on a nearby bench, a map near so I can find the location of the event, and I finally found it.
"Yes!" I said excitedly. But I'm feeling a bit tired, and the event is in a few days so I have enough to prepare.

What I didn't notice, was the same man from the food place following me. He looked from away as I picked up the papers and placed them in my bag, leaving on the shirshu back home. He followed behind, keeping a distance to know where I lived.

After finally arriving at my apartment, I noticed Momo sniffing something and looking around, I was confused and saw the same man from before, and he immediately acted as if he wasn't there at all. I scoffed.
"This better not be a creepy
stalker.."
I walked over to him and he tried to avoid eye contact.

"Hey.. I've been noticing you following me. Why is it?"
I crossed my arms and he slightly looked down at me, and I saw his light sky blue eyes stare at my own, and I couldn't help but stare at them.. they looked strangely familiar.
"..I'm.. sorry.."
I heard him say, but he seemed hesitant to talk. What surprise me was his silky deep voice, yet sounded soft and distant.

"It was probably just a misunderstanding.. but It's alright! I sometimes speculate too quickly before trusting someone.. since I'm a detective and all that."
He slowly nodded and gave me a gentle smile, in which made me smile as well and blush a little. He was indeed very handsome, I couldn't help but stare at him longer. But I noticed him staring at my necklace. I chuckled and sighed.
"I should get going, but maybe we'll see each other later..?"
I dragged out my question to see if he tells me his name, in which he got nervous and looked away.

"M-My name is.. Konro."

"Well, see you soon, Konro. Just call me (Y/N)."
I waved my hand goodbye and walked back to my apartment, he waved as well and immediately left. That name seemed made up, and he seemed rather hesitant to say his name as well. His definitely suspicious.. but cute too. I chuckled and went back in, getting ready to sleep.

If she only knew how happy the man was to finally talk to her after 17 years, hiding again in the shadows and putting on his fake image and history back again to fool the nonbenders..
