what is shifting?

to start, it is NOT lucid dreaming or astral projecting. shifting is moving your consciousness to another reality. it has also been proven that there are billions of different realities! this reality can be a tv show, movie, or even your own creation, otherwise known as your desired reality. so to answer that burning question you might have, yes you can shift and have an anime character or draco malfoy ✨rail✨ you. and yes, you can shift to any time era like the 90’s. there aren’t really any limits as to what you can create or where you can go.

what is a script and how can I write one?

a script is essentially a guideline for your DR. no, you don’t necessarily need one, but most people say it’s a good thing to have just so you can read exactly what you want to happen before you actually shift. your script can be as vague or as detailed as you want and can be written on anything! you can have it in your notes on your phone, you can type and print it, and you can write it out on a piece of paper. it can also be in any format you want, whether it be bullet points, paragraphs or an entire book. in short, it’s a fanfic about yourself.

what exactly do I script?

that’s all up to you, but it’s important to script the basic things like your name, age, height, etc, as well as the time conversions (i’ll talk more about that at the end of this). and yes, you can change anything you want about yourself, you can change your hair, gender, basically everything about you (but remember you’re perfect just the way you are). when scripting, it’s also very important to script safety precautions. what do i mean by safety precautions? well, i mean script things along the lines of, “no harm will come to me” or “i am immortal” or “i will not experience any trauma” and so on. it’s also important to try and not use as many ‘negative’ words. words like “not” and “can’t” should be avoided, but if it’s things like “i can’t get pregnant” for my ladies, that’s completely okay!

what’s a time conversion?

well, here’s an example, when you shift to your DR and spend a day there, it would be an hour here. that’s exactly what it is. you can make your time conversions as big or little as you want. however, it is very crucial to understand that if you script your time conversion is ‘1 second in my CR is 1 year in my DR’ you will be extremely exhausted and mentally drained. when you shift you use energy, but you’re also using energy the entire time you’re in your DR and staying for too long will take a toll on your mental health. not only that, but it can seriously mess with your mind if you shift for 3 years and come back to it have only been 3 seconds, minutes, or hours depending on what you want. it is much safer to make your time conversions as little as you can, for example, a much safer time conversion would be ‘1 hour in my CR is 1 day in my DR’ or ‘1 hour in my CR is 1 week in my DR’. again this is all having to do with preference but you must understand the harm you can do to yourself first.

what are methods?

methods are kinda like scripts, they’re guides and are there to help you shift. just like scripts, you don’t necessarily need to use a method in order to shift, but if you’re a beginner, it’s highly recommended. there are many different shifting methods and not all of them work for everyone, so it’s important to know which ones are easier for you! I will go into depth of different shifting methods in the next section!
with all of that being said, you can also combine methods!

how do i combine methods?

well let me tell you. take the most commonly known methods for example, the raven method and the sunni method. the raven method instructs you to lay face up in a starfish position, making sure your limbs aren’t touching and count to 100 while saying affirmations in between numbers. the sunni method is basically visualizing and tricking your mind into thinking and feeling like you’re already in your DR. if you were to start counting and slowly start to visualize and ‘trick’ your mind into feeling like you’re already there while you’re still using the raven method, you’re combining methods! you can combine as many methods as you want, just as long as they work for you!
most methods are sleep methods, meaning while you’re doing the method, you should be half asleep, but there are some non sleep methods out there if you don’t want to shift at night when most people do.
