                                                                     Intro

I walked down the old pavement to my school. Today was report card day, and, if i was unlucky, the day I would get shipped off to a boarding school for humans so I could learn better. My name is Meeka. I'm a thirteen year old fairy with really bad magic grades. Being a fairy isn't all it's cracked up to be. We're actually a lot like humans. We have homework, cliques, annoying parents (well, some aren't annoying), chores, pets, and those teenagers down your street who are pretty hot, but have a hobby of egging cars and smashing stuff.

When I got to my school, Dauchsund Academy (yes, I mean it. that is the real name.) The first thing i did was run as fast as possible to my classroom and got out my sketch pad and colored pencils, and started to draw, because I was early. I decided to draw a bright green bird. I loved drawing.

The day went on, slower than a snail. Finally, I got my report card. I flew home as fast as possible and showed my dad and step-mother. This would have been the first time I saw this report card, so I wasn't prepared for what I saw:

My Step-mom glared at me evilly. She hated me. Yes, I mean it. "well, well, well. I guess  you'll be going to the boarding school. Go on, go pack!" I ran upstairs to my room and popped a suitcase into my room with a spell and started packing. When I finished, I realized something. I was going to a human boarding school, and I had wings. I zipped up my suitcase and ran downstairs to ask my dad. He said, "Oh, honey. Here. If you use this spell, you can make them dissapear under your clothes. But watch out, when you take your shirt off, they come out, so make sure not to take off your shirt around your roommates." Oh yeah, I had roommates. I hugged my little sister and big brother goodbye. Their names were Zariaa and Iqan (you pronounce it Eee-cann, he literally punched a guy who got it wrong.) Then, I walked to the van, and drove off.
