One of the way to stop the user from using their quirk is if they blind them or make them go past their limits.
Also, the user is unable to use their quirk if they're very tired.
Drawbacks: The user will get a headache, sore throat, and if the user uses their quirk past their limits, the user will not be able to talk for the next 3 hours. The user will also cough out blood.
