THURSDAY, Lunch period
Hyunjin saw Jeongin walking to his locker, "Nows your chance!" Minho pushes him
"Hey um Innie, do you want to-" "no thanks" Jeongin interrupts "Just listen! Han was asking if you would like to sit with us at lunch today? Beomgyu will be with us too" Jeongin sighs"Fine but only because Beomgyu has my notes" "Great come with me" Hyunjin smiles and takes his hand
He leads him to the table with the rest of the group "Innie! It's so nice to see you!" Han pats an empty seat next to him which Jeongin takes. Beomgyu is on the other side of Jeongin and Hyunjin is in front. "I heard you have a date" Felix says Hyunjin's smile drops at that sentence "Yeah on Friday, I'll come to Jisungs birthday party on Saturday though!" Jeongin sips his drink "Thank you Innie!" Jisung smiles
Lucas sees Jeongin siting at the others table, he grunts angrily "I hope he hasn't forgiven Hyunjin" Lucas sits with his other popular friends and occasionally peeks at the other table to see what's going on, but Hyunjin caught him this time and he made a face to get him annoyed

Lucas turns away pissed, Hyunjin smirks in victory and focuses back to the group. Jeongin on the other hand saw everything that happened, he decided to shrug it off
AFTERSCHOOL around 6:00pm
Jeongin takes a walk to the park nearby to clear off his head. His grades have been going down a lot recently and it's making him stressed since there was a ton of other stuff occupying his head already. The park was completely empty, and he remembers it's the park where Hyunjin took him on his first date, now the younger will have a date with Lucas tomorrow.
He starts tearing up out of stress and feels too overwhelmed. He suddenly feels arms around him but is unable to move "Let it all out, you'll feel better" Hyunjin says
Jeongin recognized that voice right away but he didn't move and instead he listened to the older and he started to cried softly. Hyunjin stops hugging him from the back and moves to hug him in front. He rubs circles onto his back and soon the younger stops crying but still lets out sniffles.
They walk over to a bench and sit down, Hyunjin being to afraid to say the wrong thing stays quiet. "Thank you" jeongin whispers "no problem" Jeongin sighs and stares at the floor
"Would you like to talk about it? I understand if you don't" Hyunjin asks "I've just been stressed out mostly about my grades" "Are you failing?" "In some classes" "Oh, maybe get a tutor?" "Yeah my teacher already assigned one to me I'll have to visit them" "It's for the best, you'll do great don't worry" Jeongin pouts "I hope so"
Their was an awkward tension as they both keep quiet for a while "It's becoming dark and cold, here take my jacket and I'll walk you home if you don't mind"
"Oh it's okay I'll be fine" "I'm just worried, please take this and let me come" Hyunjin takes off his jacket and hands it over to the younger. Jeongin mumbles a "thanks" and puts it on. They walk with eachother and Hyunjin thinks about grabbing and holding Jeongin's hand but realizes it might be uncomfortable for the younger.
"also just because you gave me your jacket and hugged me doesn't change much" Jeongin says
"Yeah I know" Hyunjin sighs
"But I still appreciate it" he hugs the older and goes inside his apartment
Hyunjins face turns into a smile, he feels so proud of himself when the younger hugged him. He walks home in a good mood but realizes Jeongin will have a date tomorrow... with Lucas
