her and hanji walked into the large room filled with all sorts of nobles and people from the different regiments, as well as higher ups from richer families
she spotted dazai, mikasa, armin and eren standing talking to chiuya and ranpo and grabbed hanji's hand dragging her over to the group since she was bored
"yo, i didnt show up here for everyone to just talk!" hanji exclaimed making everyone turn their heads the the two girls, hanji wearing a female fitted suit, along with [name] wearing a dark red sleeveless dress with her dress hugging her waist tightly
"woah...." dazai exclaimed eyeing [name] up and down as she smirked at his reaction looking at everyone else's suits and dresses
she grabbed a newly filled cup of glass from mikasa drinking some herself before putting it in her hand and walking away to go talk to her superiors as eren stared her down
"ayo, levi!" she yelled out walking towards levi and erwin who turned their heads as levi squinted his eyes at her dress, and took another sip from his cup
"that color is so.... ugly." levi gagged and she frowned at him but smirked as she saw him wearing a suit with a plain shirt, not even a tie, not even with the jacket closed
"levi thats more casual you know?" she said and he turned around, he could feel the shit eating smirk she had on her face
"i hate going all out for some fucking clothes.." he stated trying to defend his casual outfit he wore to the place full of rich people and superiors as she chuckled patting his shoulder walking to the drink station
she felt a presence walk up beside her only to see dazai with a smirk plastered on his face and she finished pouring her drink in the cup she held in her hand
"isnt this a little boring? lets get out of here, lets do something more... exciting belladonna" dazai said from beside her making her peek to see him talking to another woman as she rolled her eyes and walked away from them
this cant be the same motherfucker that said he had a crush on me... if youre gonna play me at least do it right..
she walked back to mikasa and the other greeting them with a small smile standing in between eren and chuuya
eren secretly snaked an arm aroond her waist, pulling her closer towards him and she looked up at him, faces almost inches apart and she smiled as he returned one before focusing towards the man who walked on stage
"will you be my date for today? you look a little sad and i wanna cheer you up, payback for being an asshole towards you" he whispered in her ear and she smiled even wider before nodding at him which made him entangle their fingers together and look back up
"i now declare a thank you to the regiments, garrison regiment, military police, thank you! and a special hanks to the scouting legion for helping us get closer to the truth of titans!"
we haven't gotten anywhere...
they all clapped as he walked off stage and she felt her clench her us hand even tighter making him raise an eyebrow and look at her as she saw dazai flirting with someone else
"are you okay, [name]?" he asked silently but enough for her to hear and she gulped before looking at someone and dazai flirting making him grab her hand and lead her closer to the door as he kept their hands together
"if you need to leave, let me know, im right here its okay." he said trying to calm her down by putting his hands on her shoulders as she nodded and leaned her head into his chest and he smiled running his hands through her hair softly before picking her head up and leading her to the rest of the group
"ah there you two are!" she heard dazai's horrible cheerful voice say as she looked at eren and then at dazai who had a lady by his side smiling widely, a little to big
its an act, isnt it? keep your guard up [name]..
"oh hey, dazai" she replied regularly nodding as eren just waved watching her carefully as if dazai was gonna pull something on her but he kept his guard up as well
"i see you two made up, what a surprise? i kinda thought you two hated each other but oh well" dazai said with the smirk growing on his face as eren rolled his eyes
"we dont, shes my date. but if you excuse us we have to do something, and not talk to your snobby ass" eren spat at him making dazai put a hand on his heart in an offended manner as eren grabbed her hand leading her out the ballroom an into the hallway only stopping when he saw the door in sight
"eren, calm down! its okay" she tried reassuring him by grabbing his face but he surprisingly grabbed her hands and connected his lips to hers taking her by surprise then pulled away a few seconds later
"remember when i said i would kiss you next time we got in a hallway together?" he asked and she smiled nodding her head as he leaned his head against the wall letting out a sigh
he and her sat in silence for few moments before grabbing both her hands intertwining them with his carefully
"will you be my girlfriend?" he asked and she chuckled before looking at him with a smile on her face
"yes, i will, thought you wouldnt ever ask me" she said back as he let out a relieved sigh as he pulled her in for a hug putting his head on top of hers as she smiled
"lets go back yeah?" he suggested but she shook her head fastly making him raise an eyebrow at her response
"lets go back to the base and sleep, im tired"
