I can lay in any position i want put on headphones and play 8d music (it dosent have to be with my DR) focus on the music breath with the tempo everytime you breath in you count up 1 number in 1 in 2 once you reach 10's 1st i will say "i am shiftng to my DR" "i feel symptoms and i am unafraid" and third "the closer i get to shifting the more calm i feel" once you reach 100 you say the last 3 and you are going to sit there and ask premision to shift picture yourself in a white room and see yourself standing in a door way and ask yourself and then see yourself move then you can listen to your music focus on that let your mind wander to the music once you create memories and imagine yourself sleeping in your DR
