Homemade Almond Butter Bon Bons

-1 3/4 cup of unsweetened/unsalted almond butter (or make it yourself, instructions for making almond butter will be before the recipe)

-1 1/2 cups of (sugar-free) chocolate (regular chocolate would be the same) 

-1/4 cup of cocoa powder 

-1/4 cup of sugar/sugar replacement 

-2 tbs of melted coconut oil 

-1 tsp of vanilla extract 

-A pinch of Himalayan salt


Almond Butter:
Take 2 to 2 1/4 cups of raw almonds and stick them into a 350 F° (abut 175° C) oven

Bake for five minutes, stir and stick bake in oven for five more minutes

Let almonds cool for ten minutes

Put almonds into food processor/blender and blend for about ten minutes or until completely creamy 

Bon Bon:
-Put almond butter, cocoa powder, and sugar into a blender/food processor and blend until combined

-Add coconut oil, vanilla, and salt into mixture and blend again

-Melt chocolate in a double broiler (it’ll take probably seven to ten minutes at most) 

-Take some of the bon bon mixture and roll into ball (repeat until the mixture is finished) 

-Quickly pour a spoonful of the chocolate over the rolled bon bons 

-Stick in the freezer for about an hour then take out and enjoy
