Nick: "Oh, don't worry. I've...I've heard this before."

Mark: "If that happens, whoever's in the room, I don't care if it's a doctor, a nurse, an orderly, your job is to stop the bleeding then page me, in that order. Are we clear? Any questions?"

Nick: "They look scared."

Mark: "They're medical professionals, Nick. A healthy level of fear is encouraged."

Nick: "Okay, then, uh, if I do die, it will have been lovely meeting you all."

Mark: "See? The patient is confident. You should be confident. That's it."

Bailey: "What do we got?"

Stan: "Jacob Nolston, 47, status post a double bypass surgery two weeks ago. Now presents febrile with pain and tenderness in his surgical incisions."

Ray: "We got a 10-car pileup on the freeway. You mind taking him from here?"

Bailey: "Oh, you got it."

Callie: "Okay, I need a gurney for the transfer."

Cristina/Izzie: "I'll page Hahn."

Bailey: "Sounds like we all agree. Get him inside and flip for it."

Stan: "You're in good hands, Mr. Nolston."

Jacob: "Thank you, gentlemen. "

Cristina: "On three. One, two, three" they transfer Jacob onto a gurney as Ray and Stan head back to the ambulance "When are you gonna realize you're in over your head?"

Izzie: "When are you gonna realize that you don't own the cardio department?"

Cristina: "He's my patient."

Izzie: "I got here first. Dibs."

Meredith: "Hey, you guys." she calls out, noticing an ambulance speeding it's way towards them

Izzie: "You can't call dibs on a human being."

Meredith: "You guys, I think we should move." she pats Audrey's arm to get her attention and they look over to see the ambulance not slowing down

Cristina: "Let go of the gurney."

Izzie: "You let go. The ambulance is now very close and still at full speed with sirens blaring."

Audrey: "Move the gurney!" she yells and they speed out of the way just as the ambulance crashes into the one with Ray and Stan and flips over

Jacob: "Arrh! Ah, my leg!" he groans put in pain and they notice a piece of the ambulance lodged in his leg

Izzie: "Are you okay?"

Cristina: "I'm good. Let's go." she nods and they wheel Jacob into the ER while Bailey and Callie run out and they head to the ambulances

Bailey: "Call the fire department! Get some gurneys out here!"

Callie: "Ray. Ray, can you hear me?"

Ray: "Stan? Stan? Stan, open your eyes, man" he shakes him a little and Stan flutters his eyes open "Oh, man. Don't scare me like that."

Meredith: "Let's get you guys outta there."

Callie: "No, stop. Stop! Don't touch anything. Don't touch anything until fire stabilizes the rig. These doors aren't gonna budge."

Bailey: "Davidson, get the driver" she orders as she goes towards the back "Hey you okay?"

Shane: "No, but I'm not as bad off as this guy. He started coding after we picked him up. Mary had some kind of seizure." he points to the woman unconscious against the wheel
