Two weeks later 

Both the Barnes and the Rogers were having Sunday lunch at the River Cafe. It was becoming spring time in NY so it was warm. They were all on the patio eating lunch and chatting. 

"So next month besides Steve's wedding. We also have another celebration that is being planned. Joe's 60th birthday." Sarah said 

"Sarah darling I told you not to make a big deal about it." Joe said as he wiped his mouth. 

"Honey it is your 60th. It's considered a milestone birthday. Just like we just celebrated 30 years of marriage." Sarah said 

"All I wanted to do was spend the day on the golf course." Joe said 

"Well we can have the party at night at the country club and you can spend the day playing golf." Sarah said 

Winnie shook her head. "You two are still so adorable sometimes." She said

"Dad is getting old." Steve said 

"You shush. That means you are too." Joe said 

"Not me though. I'm still kickin it." James said 

"Dad nobody says that. And just two weeks ago you were falling asleep in your recliner when we came over with Jace." Becca said 

Bucky started to laugh. "Oh you have something to say James." James said 

"Just that you look great for 59 dad." Bucky said 

"That's what I thought.." James said 

"Well anyways I talked to Micah the other day. He's on his third divorce and has decided to move back to NY after moving to Denver four years ago with Kristina." Sarah said 

"Oh that will be great to see him again. He can't seem to keep a wife.." Joe said 

"Ditto." James said 

Sarah continued on as Catalina sat there frozen as her mind filled with memories. Memories that painful traumatic and ones she wants to forget. She started to hyperventilate as everyone was engrossed the conversation. They were snapped out of it when they heard glass and Catalina fell to the floor gasping for air. 

"Cat.." Sarah said as Peggy James and Becca jumped into action. 

"Catalina relax.." James said as he assessed her. 

"Dad.." Bucky said 

"Dad her body is locking up. She's in complete panic mode." Becca said 

"Stay with us Cat." Peggy said as Penelope pulled out her phone and called 911. 

Within twenty minutes EMTs came rushing in they immediately got a oxygen mask on her. She was going in and out of it. James told them to rush to NYU and left along with Peggy not to far behind him. 

When James got to the hospital he had a full work up ordered. He was setting in the booth waiting for her CT of her head come up. Peggy sat beside him 

"My god.." he whispered when he seen her brain scan.  

"I'm a general James what is it?" She said 

"This is what I say in military vets..not a 20 year old. She has PTSD Peg. But why?" James said 

The next scans that came up while he made notes was her full body MRI.
