"What are you doing here?" I asked shakily, as she smiled at me. It didn't seem real though. How should I know?

"Well, you killed mum.. And you've been missing for three years, what else? You kidnapped an innocent teenage girl, killed her boyfriend.. Anything else I forgot to list?" She spoke sarcastically.

"How the hell did you know that?" I narrowed my eyes.

"What, the killing so many people part?"

"Fuck, yes Gemma."

"Police investigations." She says. "You've been locked in for barely a day, but lots kinda happened. Every single thing you did was traced."

"What about the house?" I questioned.

"The cabin?"

"Yeah."

"Haven't gotten to it. Yet." She added, crossing her arms.

"Why aren't you afraid of me?" I questioned, continuing the interrogation. She was supposed to be asking me things, not the other way around.. But I had to know.

"Well, you're my brother. And I know you're just a person." She says. "Maybe I am afraid of what you might do in the future, but it doesn't matter right now. It's been three years."

"I don't know what I'm doing with myself." I murmured.

"I thought you were dead." She breathed out. "And I know it wasn't your fault that you killed mum. It was your head messing with you."

I nodded, as I felt tears well in my eyes. "But I don't want to be here, Gem. Anywhere but here. I can get better, just.. Not here. I need to see her. At least one more time. Hell, maybe I won't get better, but I feel like I can. Around her."

"No.. No, you can't see her again. It'll start more trouble than there already is." She shook her head.

"I don't fucking care right now. She's the only bit of sanity I have left."

"Is that what you said when you killed that girl?" She brought up after a tensed silence.

"I told you Gem, I.. I couldn't control myself."

She sighed, closing her eyes. "Just give me a hug, okay. All that matters right now, is that you're safe. I trust you." She says as I immediately got up and went to hug her.

My arms tightly wrapped around my sister, as she withdrew a few moments later.

"That girl. April? She might get to come in without anyone knowing."

"Yeah, how is that."

Gemma just shrugs slowly, this thoughtful look on her face.

I look out my window to find a bunch of the press crowded out at the front yard. My eyes then moved to my mom and dad desperately trying to get them to leave.

To admit it, I was really exhausted.

Just when I got the thought of getting extra sleep, my phone began to ring. Unknown number.

"Hello?" I spoke into the phone, leaning on my wall.

"You, must be April." A girl on the end of the line spoke.

"Um..Yeah. Who is this?"

"This is Gemma. Harry's sister."

I remained silent. I didn't know he had any family left.
