The Elevator method, for this method you'll want to lay down and get into a starfish position. Put on a subliminal then close your eyes, imagine you're in an elevator and every time you pass a floor your energy grows stronger and stronger. Once your energy is high enough, you land on a floor. Do you see the doors opening? Imagine as it opens you see your DR bedroom. Your DR self is sleeping, you go into the body. As you go in the body start to fall asleep and you should wake up in your DR!
