Non sleep method/ optional
The julia method, first you should meditate 5-15 minutes, whatever fits you best. After meditating you start repeating "i am, i am" in your head (or out loud) until you get symptoms of shifting "tingling, feeling like your floating, twitching, dizziness, itchy" after you get one of the symptoms, you start repeating some affirmations and things from your DR for example, " My name is ___" or "I go to school at ____" etc. you do this until you feel completely disconnected from your body.
Once you do, start visualizing your DR. You should do this until you can feel your surroundings change. Then open your eyes and you should be in your DR!
Recommendation for script
I recommend putting a specific scent to smell when you arrive to your DR, I think it would be helpful as you have to open your eyes when you feel like your surroundings have changed and sometimes your mind can play tricks on you! so you can write/type, "I will smell a strong scent of _____" you will shift!111
