Back at the restaurant, Maverine was in shock as Carlene went missing. Duane eats the burger that was home made, not Carlene. Way back 13 years ago Brian was watching TV about Jackson Duggar's birth, but Maverine and Duane were dancing into the Charley Pride song, "Never Been So Loved."
Go back to 13 years later, Duane ate a chili and had poison on his back, falls down and the one of the rescue squad said he has a heart attack. Brian and Ashley were shocked.
As Duane had a heart attack, Carlene was found safe by Brian, but Kyle told the story and Brittany was wrong about the food.
