At the bar, Four of six children except Jessy and Jeremy hears "He Left a Lot to Be Desired" by Ricochet on the jukebox, Maverine and Duane were there at the time.
The next morning, the three sisters and Brian confirms about the lot, in which someone stole the house. The next day, Brittany has a sun burn, Jessy uses to much mascara, and Ashley, not to sensitive.
The whole family purchased a lot, until the near elderly couple confirms that that lot belongs to them, and sells the lot the next day.
