Trust: Chapter 25

'STOP LYING TO ME SHAYNA!' He shouted, I jumped and moved away from him. He looked like he was about to attack me or something.

'Dominc-'

'Shut up. Your voice is really annoying me.' I kept silent and he shook his head.

'He did this to you? Why do you NEVER tell me the truth? I have to find out shit for myself all the time!'

'I'm sorry, i just didn't want to make you angry-'

'HE FUCKING PUT HIS HANDS ON MY FIANCE, WHAT DID YOU THINK I WOULD DO?!' He said and I sat there silently... It's a good thing I never told him that Joel tried to make a move on me the other day.

'I'm really sorry, I didn't want to worry you. I mean we'd just got home after seeing Tyrell in hospital, do you really think this would have helped anything?' I said looking straight into his eyes. He sighed and looked away from me, I know I'd lied to him but it was only so he didn't go crazy and do something I knew he'd regret.

'I don't know if I can trust you anymore Shay, I really don't.' He said and I chewed my lip. I know I'd lied to him a few times but this time I had to, I didn't have a choice. 

'You know what yeah, I'm gonna stay by my mums tonight I ain't feeling sharing the same bed as you.' He said and got up, I ran my hands through my hair and looked at him, pleading with my eyes for him to listen.

'Dominic, I didn't want to stress you out.' I said and he ignored me whilst he got changed and packed some things into a bag, he put his airforces on and zipped up his coat.

'Tell Aidan I'm at work or something, ite?' I nodded and he left the house. I groaned in frustration and rested my head onto the pillow, I didn't want Dominic to get mad and leave... what if he cancelled the wedding? I knew that would be the end of us. Tyrell... I only wanted what was best for him. My eyes began to close and soon enough I'd fallen asleep.

'Shay? Shay? Wake up!' I heard Aidan's voice and he shook me until my eyes opened. I looked at him and then at the time it was 9:06am! 

'Aidan... why are you up?'

'I have school!' I gasped, oh shit! I cussed under my breath and picked Aidan up, I put him over my shoulder and he laughed. I went to run him a bath and put him down.

'Get ready for your bath okay? I'm gonna get your school clothes out.'

'Okay Shay.' I left and went into his room, I made up his bed and got his uniform out. I can't believe I'd overslept! Aidan bathed and brushed his teeth, so whilst he was in his room getting ready I quickly showered and got dressed. I brushed my hair into one and put my uggs on. I went downstairs to make his lunch and he came down with his coat over his shoulder and bookbag in the other hand. 

'Are we ready to go now?' He asked and I zipped up his lunch bag.

'Yeah, get your shoes on.' I said and he tied his laces up on his kickers, I looked at the time. It was almost 10, I couldn't believe how late it was. I heard Tarik beeping outside, I can't believe I had to ask him to drop me and Aidan to school I couldn't ask Dominic because he was working.

I zipped up Aidan's coat and we went outside to the car, he got in the back and I put my seatbelt on in the front. Tarik winked at me and I screwed slightly.

'You're lucky I'm doing this for you.' He said and I shrugged.

'Thanks, I guess. Go then.' He started driving and the whole time I could feel his eyes on me in the car. Not only did I hate him but he creeped me out, how could he be looking at his best friends fiancee like that? Eurgh. I shuddered slightly and he stopped outside Aidan's school, we both got out and ran into the front. I lied and said he was act the doctors and I made sure he got to class before going back to the car. Once I got back in, he'd turned the radio up so the car was literally vibrating from the bass.
