"Y'all see anything?"

Luke sat forward squinting his eyes to see if he could spot something in the snow. Sadly he was getting no luck and they had been driving for quite sometime.

"I'm sure if either of us had seen something we would have said it."

"I was just asking...no need to be getting all snappy." Aj laid in his arms slightly whining as the arguing continued. Duck had been sitting in the passenger seat attempting to block out the bickering himself. While doing so he couldn't but notice they were coming up on some fresh tracks in the snow.

He reached for his father his eyes wide. It caught Kenny off guard seeing his son move so abruptly.

"Wh-"

"Turn left right now!" Luke held tightly onto Aj as Kenny hit the sharp turn. Luke glanced out the window seeing the tracks laid out in front of them.

"Shit..."

"Follow em Dad!"

Kenny hit the gas feeling hope bubble up in the pits of his stomach. This had to be some sort of clue, tracks always lead to somewhere and maybe they had caught a break. His hands went pale gripping the steering as he picked up the speed. His eyes were stuck on the tire tracks in front of them, he was afraid to take his eyes off, in fear that if he looked away even for a second they would disappear.

"Kenny Stop!"

The older man looked up, spotting a small herd of walkers in front of them. "SHIT!" He exclaimed as he slammed down on the breaks. The car jolted sending poor Duck forward. His chest his the dash board knocking the air right out of his lungs. He gasped in both pain and shock, starling both men in the car.

"Duck!?"

The boy raised his hand to silence the two men. "I'm fine, let's just find Clem, she has to be here somewhere..." Before either man could say anything he had hopped out of the car, holding his chest as he struggled to inhale properly for a moment.

Kenny turned to Luke, who still had baby Aj in his hands. "Keep the baby safe, we'll be right back. If anything gets hairy meet me there." He pointed off to a sign in front of them showing a small little building they could take refuge in.

"Yea, sure thing. I'll keep the car running."

With that the group had split. Kenny closed the door narrowly avoiding the few curious walkers he had come across. A crowbar hung loosely in his hands while he walked through the small herd. Like he had thought the tire tacks had disappeared, there was nothing that he could see that possibly lead him anywhere near finding Clementine, but he still kept trudging on thinking he'd eventually stumble across something helpful.

On the plus side Duck had seemed to find something. He shivered in the cold as he followed what looked like bloody spots in the snow, from how hard it was snowing he drew the conclusion that whoever was bleeding had been somewhere in his general area.

Imagine his surprise when he came across deep tracks in the snow. He ran for them seeing the small van that had been turned on it's head. Glass was everywhere, blood as well making the boy's anxiety spike.  He jumped down ignoring the snow falling on his bare arms.

"Shit Clementine..." He mumbled as he got on his knees hoping that she was somewhere in the car because if now, he knew nowhere else to look. To his dismay the car was empty but it was clear that the crash had caused both her and Troy injuries, meaning the blood trail could belong to either her or the man himself.
