MacKenzie's POV
People scream and run
Barry, Nora, and I lay on the ground with devices on our foreheads
"Can't move." Barry groans, trying to move
Nora also tries to move whereas I remain laying still on my back...well, I was unconscious on my back with blood coming out of my nose (but that's for later)
Grodd jumps over us and runs at King Shark
The two attack each other

"Ladies and gentlemen, we finally have our hands on the meta-human cure." Cisco says in the cortex, however no one was really paying attention. Caitlin and Barry each stand on one side of me, trying to help me figure out my literature worksheet. "Cool, cool. It's not like I spent weeks in the frozen tundra or anything."
"No, no, no." Sherloque says. "I think that just people are waiting for the inevitable but that follows such a big statement."
"Mmm, no, it's done, and thanks to Caitlin, we even have a way to deliver our silver bullet, so no, no buts." Cisco says
"I believe there is a big but coming." Sherloque says
"But we need to test the cure on a meta-human." Caitlin says
"Voila." Sherloque says. "There it is."
"What we need is to save the metas that Cicada is targeting because he's not gonna stop killing innocent people." Barry says
"Is the cure dangerous?" Nora asks
"Well, it's an untested serum that alters biology on a cellular level, so until we try it out on someone, we have no way of knowing." Caitlin says
"When we started working on the cure, we decided that it would always be a choice, not a weapon, so all we need is a volunteer." Cisco says
"Well, there's quite a conundrum, right?" Sherloque says. "A meta-human volunteer when the meta-humans in this city have been chased away by us or killed by Cicada or incarcerated at Iron Heights Prison, so..."
"Nobody from either group is gonna volunteer." Barry says
"No, these criminals are not going to relinquish their powers, although..." Sherloque trails off
"There's gotta be somebody somewhere." Nora says
"Yes, on another Earth." Sherloque says
"Oh, I'll call Harry, see if there's anybody from Earth-2 who wants to volunteer." Caitlin says
"Yes." Cisco says
"Not really what I was suggesting." Sherloque says
"Hold on, you don't have to call Harry." Barry says
"Wait, why not?" Nora asks
"Because there's already a meta here from Earth-2, one who might not want his powers... Although it might be pretty difficult to talk to him." Barry says

"King Shark... You really think you can cure him?" Lyla asks as she leads Barry, Nora, me, Caitlin, and Cisco through the halls of ARGUS
"That's the idea." Barry says. "Oh, Lyla, this is, um... my daughter, Nora."
"Your daughter?" Lyla asks
"Yeah." Barry says
"I'm from--" Nora starts
"The future, I'm guessing." Lyla says
