LESSON 4: Reproducible Process

INTRODUCTION

Formula of Discipleship:

An Intentional Leader + Relational Environment + Reproducible Process = Infinite Numbers of Disciple

In this lesson dito natin matututunan ang last na formula na kelangan natin, ang reproducible process. Meaning ito yung proseso na nauulit na pwedeng gawin ulit. But before that always remember that success is not about winning; it is about creating players who became great men and eventually great leaders. Katulad ng ginawa ng LORD JESUS CHRIST, yung mga disciples NIYA mga taga sunod NIYA noon ay successful na naging fishers of people. 'Di lamang sila ang nakakilala maging sila mismo ay nagbahagi at nag alaga din ng mga tao.

So ngayon ano nga ba ang process na ginawa ng LORD?

S.C.M.D Process

(Read Luke 5:1-11)

· Shared

a. JESUS shared to the people that HE is the MESSAIH.

- Through doon sa ginawa ni LORD na "miracle" pinakilala NIYA na ang KANYANG sarili kaya non narealize yun ni Simon Peter anong ginawa nito? Lumuhod ito, nakilala niya na si JESUS ay ang MESSAIH.

b. JESUS goal was not to make their business successful but to show them who HE was.

- Doon sa ginawa ni LORD hindi NIYA goal ang palaguin ang taong yun sa pangingisda kundi makilala muna SIYA.

c. "Come with me" or "Come be with me".

- Ano nga ba ang kaibahan ng dalawa? Yung "Come with Me" madalas ganyan tayo sasama lang tayo tapos kapag napagod na wala na aalis na, titigil na. Samantalang yung "Come be with Me" you are letting GOD to be with you, sabay kayo, walang iwanan, commitment and conviction to your calling.

d. JESUS shared the truth to them.

· CONNECT

a. When JESUS offered an invitation to them.

- The time JESUS talk to Simon ayan na yung time na nakipag connect SIYA dito. Ganoon din tayo na mga taga sunod ni KRISTO the time that we invite or friends, family and others to know GOD, to share GOD ayan na yung unang step natin to connect to them.

b. Relational Environment.

- Kung mapapansin mo na sinabi pa ng LORD JESUS dito na iahon muna ang bangka ni Simon Peter and pumayag naman ito by that time JESUS earned Peter's trust, that we as a disciple of GOD must do it too.

c. Old ideas replace with truth.

- After noon sinabi na ni LORD na ibalik na yung bangka sa dagat para mangisda na diba? Pero ano sagot ni Peter? NA wala daw nangyayari, na ginawa naman na nila lahat pero wala naman na silang nakuha pero dahil sabi iyon ng LORD pumayag na sila. We as a disciple of GOD sa connecting period dapat onti-onti natin nababsag yung mga old ideas nila na mali ng katotohanan, ofcourse not in a offending way.

d. Spent time in training.

- Yung time na ibinaba na nila yung lambat ayan na yung time na nag pa train na sila kay LORD, from fishers of fish to fishers of man.

· Minister

a. Put their learning into practice.

- In this process ito na yung time na iniwan na nila Peter ang kanilang pangingisda at sumama na s LORD upang mga tao naman ang kanilang makuha para ipakilala ang LORD.

b. Minister to others.

- This where discipleship starts.

c. We are called to serve, not to be served.

- Like JESUS, we must serve not to be served.

· DISCIPLE

a. Repeat the pattern, a disciple that making disciples too.

- Uulitin mo lang ulit, una mag sheshare ka, ibabahagi mo yung DIYOS mo, ico-connect mo yung buhay mo sakanila at higit lalo na tutulungan mong silang i-connect ang sarili nila sa LORD. And after that we must minister to them, turuan natin, at samahan na natin na lumago pa.

CONCLUSION

Itong process na ito ang kailangan lamang natin gawin for an effective discipleship. It may sounds easy but alam natin na hindi but always remember that JESUS came to be an example to us. Susundan na lamang natin ang KANYANG mga ginawa. Kasama din doon ang pagtitiis.
