Lesson : 4Rearranged Desires, Dreams and Purpose

INTRODUCTION:
Maraming pwedeng i-offer ang mundo saatin. Katulad ng mga bagay na maganda sa paningin at pakiramdam natin kahit na we don't need it ay napapabili tayo, napapasubo tayo.
Yung mundo natin is full of choices, possibilities and opportunities kaya madalas na o-overwhelmed tayo.
Marami saatin napapatanong nalang anong gagawin natin sa buhay natin na ito. Kung tama pa ba yung way na dinadaanan natin or tama pa ba yung mga desires natin. We are all searching for purpose. At maraming distraction dito sa mundo na maaring makasira sa totoong purpose natin.
For example, marami kang pinamili na hindi mo naman kailangan kasi nagandahan ka or ano pa man, at the end nasira yung budgeting mo para sa mga needs mo talaga.
Ganoon din sa buhay natin, once na ma-distract tayo sa mundo na 'to, malaki ang chance na masira ang totoong purpose natin and we follow wrong desires and dream.
Chase God more para yung desires mo ay angkop sa path ng Lord. Not all opportunities ay dapat ginagrab.
Ang world satisfaction ay nakakabulag sa atin bilang mga tao. Ngunit and tanong tama ba iyun? Yun ba yung righteous road na dapat natin tahakin?
Katulad ng isang candy shop, sasabihin nila na until the end di mawawala ying sweetness ng mga candy nila kaya tayo naman napapabili. But the candies this world offer to us will just satisfy us at the moment at hindi panghabang buhay.
The candies that GOD offer will last eternity.
And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him. Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.
Romans 12:1-2 NLT
Itong scripture na ito ay mabigat talaga. Noon kasi in old testament times they really offer life. Literal. Buhay ng mga hayop, inaalay sa altar. Meron pa ngan isang scenario na iaalay sana ni Abraham ang kanyang anak na si Isaac sa LORD. (Genesis 22)
But in our times ngayon, we are in a grace period of the LORD, there is a life that offers to saved us. That life is the life of JESUS CHRIST, HE paid the price for us to be freed.
Yung meaning non verse 1 dito na "And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him." ay to offer our life to HIM to serve HIM and HIS people. To let HIM be the authority of our lives.
The second verse reminds us that we must be careful in this world, dapat hindi tayo ang nadadala ng mundo but tayo ang nagiging instruments to let the world reunite again to GOD.
In order to rearrange our desires, dreams and purpose we must have renewed mind through this verses.
Q: Ano sa tingin mo yung nagawa mo sa araw na ito para sa LORD?
- Be committed to God. In that way magiging Firm tayo sa Lord
RENEWED MIND
- We need trust to GOD only. Kingdom perspective hindi worldly perspective. If we have that we must be like these things:
1. You love others more than yourself.
- selfless love
- we are called to serve not to be served.
2. Live gratefully in the home God has blessed you with.
- live gratefully
- sa mga nakakasalamuha mo hindi lamang sa family mo, may you let the HOLY SPIRIT move in you.
3. Recognize the truth.
- always based to GOD's words
- we must invest to raise a godly children than the smart children that this worlds admire.
4. Live responsibly with the resources GOD has given you.
- pagiging maayos mo sa mga bagay na Ibinigay sayo ng Lord.
- Be responsible sa mga resources ng Lord.
5. Seek after a career as means to make JESUS known.
- dapat NAPAPAPURIHAN ang Lord sa career mo.
- Dapat maging God-Centered tayo.
With a renewed mind and perspective, lagi din natin tatandaan ang isang pinakamahalagang bagay na ito.
He grants the desires of those who fear him; he hears their cries for help and rescues them.

CONCLUSION
The thief's purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.
John 10:10 NLT
After ng lahat na napag usapan natin throughout this series let us be reminded na hindi man yung gusto mo ang binigay ng LORD sayo doesn't mean 'di ka na sasaya at 'di ka masa-satisfy.
GOD KNOWS BETTER THAN US. Kung saan man tayo nilagay ng LORD, alam NIYA na ikabubuti natin iyon at doon natin mas mararanasan ang real joy and peace.
Si LORD lang sapat na, si LORD lang malakas and with HIM no one is against us.
SEEK GOD FIRST. Doon tayo sa pangmatagalan hindi doon sa temporary lang.
