Chapter 3: Elsewhere

(The Freedom Lords assemble at G. U. N. Headquarters' main room, where Shadow called them to show something which shocks them)

Valkyrie Julie-Su: What is this?

Guardian Knuckles: An ancient video of ours?

Queen Amy: No. We never fought Eggman like this.

Agent Shadow: You're right. We didn't. They are. At the moment.

Guardian Knuckles: They?

Agent Shadow: We're watching another dimension. Live stream.

Queen Amy: It's just like ours.

Agent Shadow: Almost. Their Tails is alive.

King Sonic: Yeah... So is their Eggman...

Agent Shadow: And another thing: They don't call themselves as Freedom Lords, but as Freedom Fighters.

(As they watch, they didn't hide their sadness and disappointment)

Valkyrie Julie-Su: This is sad...

Guardian Knuckles: That's a mess. Just like our world used to be.

Queen Amy: A shame we can't help.

Agent Shadow: Who said we can't?

(Shadow opens a portal which can take them to the alternate universe. As the Freedom Lords walk, Sonic comes closer to Shadow)

King Sonic: The ultimate life form was very busy, huh?

Agent Shadow: What else do we have to do here?

(The Freedom Lords watch the portal)

Guardian Knuckles: Can this take us to another dimension?

Agent Shadow: If we decide to do so!

Valkyrie Julie-Su: Why don't we go?

Agent Shadow: We're talking about help. But would they accept? Our kind of help?

(Sonic stokes his chin as he watches the alternate universe)

(ELSEWHERE)

(The Freedom Fighters chase after Doctor Eggman. Julie-Su tries to shoot him, but she misses. Then Tails tries to catch up with him. But he's suddenly taken down by falling rocks. Then Sonic approaches him)

Sonic: I told you to not look away from him. Not even a second.

Tails: Come on, I just went to the bathroom. Not everything can be done fast, right?

(Then Doctor Eggman approaches some sort of weapon as Shadow and Julie-Su come closer)

Julie-Su: What is that?

Shadow: Breakable. I hope.

(Shadow creates a chaos spear. But as Eggman tries to shoot him, Tails comes in and kicks the mad scientist. Then the Freedom Fighters come closer to him)

Doctor Eggman: Wait. I will escape in a few days.

Amy Rose: (lifts her Piko Hammer) It will be hard if you have a broken leg!

(The agents of G. U. N. proceed to place Eggman under arrest)

Shadow: You have my permission to take him away.

G. U. N. Agent: Yes, my liege.

(As the agents of G. U. N. take him away, Sonic cleans up the mess)

Tails: Hey there. Sorry about what happened before.

Sonic: That's ok.

(Suddenly a portal appears and reveals the alternate Silver)

Silver: Who are you?

Agent Silver: I am you!

(Some seconds later, the alternate Silver gives an explanation about the supposed events in his world)

Agent Silver: The dimensions are colliding. Our Shadow created this portal so we could look for some help...

(As the alternate Silver keeps explaining, the prime Shadow and the prime Silver are seen away from the rest of the team)

Shadow: Did you read his mind?

Silver: We don't do this with our counterparts.

Shadow: You don't do it, or it's dangerous?

Silver: Both.

(As the alternate Silver ends the explanation, the Freedom Fighters seem to agree to help him)

Sonic: Combined? Shall we?

Tails: I'm in.

Julie-Su: Me too.

Amy Rose: Let's go.

Knuckles: All right.

Sonic: Shadow? Silver?

Silver: All right.

(As they go to the alternate universe, the heroes notice something weird)

Tails: Come on. Where are the windows and doors?

Agent Silver: Sorry...

(The alternate Silver teleports away and the heroes notice they fell for the trap as they suffer some shocks. Then the Freedom Lords watch them)

King Sonic: They're gonna thank us later.

Valkyrie Julie-Su: Oops! (sees Amy Rose lifting her Piko Hammer and trying to break the wall. Then the alternate Shadow comes closer and creates a chaos spear. As Amy manages to break the wall...)

Agent Shadow: Chaos Spear!

(Amy is hit by the chaos spear and knocked out. Then Tails also passes out and the screen fades out)
