The boys had went out to get food, I said I'll go but Mattia insisted for me to stay with him. So I did. I stood beside Mattia while he was sitting on the bed by his little brother. We distracted him while the doctors were giving him a few shots, we didn't tell him about his parents so he would worry, Mattia held his hand tightly and he tried so hard to not let the tears fall down his cheeks

I held Mattia's hand as he comforted his baby brother, as he talked to him for several minutes, he was scared. They both were, Mattia didn't like seeing his younger brother on the hospital bed, he didn't like hearing the heart monitor beeping

After about 30 minutes of talking the boys came back and set Gians food on the table the hospital provided. He sat up and immediately started to eat

The boys sat on the couch and began eating their food. Kairi let Aliz sit on the chair while he sat on the floor leaning against the wall right beside Alejandro

I grabbed Mattia's and my food and set it on the bed beside Mattia. I grabbed the burger and tried handing it to Mattia but he nodded no

"You have to eat something" I tried slightly moving the burger a bit. He looked at me with soft eyes and grabbed the burger and unwrapped

I sat on the other chair the room had and began eating

"How long am I going to stay here?" Gian said looking at Mattia and the rest of us

"we don't know. The doctor has to see if your getting better, and if you do you can go home" Mattia said still holding onto his hand

"where's mom and dad?"he asked another question. Mattia looked at all of us and we knew he didn't want to speak, just the thought of his parents and brother in the hospital hurts him, so I spoke up

"they need to get better too, they got a little more hurt then you did, the doctors need to check up on them and keep them healthy,  but you and Mattia will see them soon" I said trying not to scare him

"when I'm better can we play video games?" He said happy which made all of us crack a smile

"we'll play all the video games you want kid". Roshaun said making Gian giggle

"you sure your okay? Wanna use my phone to watch movies or anything?" Mattia asked trying to make this whole "car crash" better for his brother

"no, I'm getting tired, can I go to sleep?" he asked yawning

"yeah. I'll spend the night with you, I love you" he said kissing him on the forehead as he covered him with the thing blanket they gave

Mattia rolled through table away from gian and made sure he was comfortable

"I have to get home. My mom is calling me. But I'll come by tomorrow if that's okay?"
Aliz said with a soft voice

"yea that's fine"Mattia did not really paying attention to what she said

"I gotta go too. We'll come back after school tomorrow"
Kairi said as the rest of the boys got up from their seats

They all said by to Mattia and gian, before they left they took their trash out so nothing was a mess

I got up from my seat and grabbed my phone

"stay with me, please? you know I don't like hospitals" he said looking at me. His eyes looked shiny. Like a glaze was put over them, he looked as if he wanted to cry again, but he held back his tears

I nodded and sat on the couch. I patted the extra space beside me and he got up sitting close to me, he laid his head on my chest and wrapped his arm around my waist tightly, I heard his sobbing, I heard the sniffles, I hugged him and rested my head on his

"it's gonna be okay, their going to be fine, their going to get out of here and your going to go back home safe"

I said trying to comfort him, trying to make it seem like I wasn't going to cry. His mother treated me like her own, she's like our second mom, she kind she makes sure we're okay, makes sure we age everyone we go over Mattia's house, his dad makes us laughs, makes sure we're safe when we go out. His parents may be strict. But their kind. Funny, a happy family

"thank you for staying" he mumbled still hugging me

"don't thank me. I'm your best friend. When you need me I'm right next door,  but I know this is a hard time for you, I hurst need one thing?"
I asked

"what is it?" He said looking up at me

"I have to use the restroom and your pushing on my bladder"

"oh. My bad" he said sitting up. I giggled a bit and he finally cracked a small smiled

"there's that smile I love" I pushed his shoulder a bit

"shut up, and hurry up cause I was comfortable" he said as I walked to the restroom

After I did what I did I washed my hands and walked back out, Mattia was still on the couch and I sat beside him laying my head on his shoulder

"no, I said I was comfortable" he pushed me off his shoulder and put his head on my chest and wrapped his arm around me

"ok, now you can play with my hair" he said moving his arm a bit and I giggled
