As the clash of power continued on, Ember made her way into the swirling mana overhead. If a normal tier 5 being entered this swirl of mana and divine might, they would be shredded instantly but to Ember, it was almost as if she just entered a soothing bath.

The little ArchFairy hummed a tune; the same one Shi Feng likes to hum when he's in a good mood as she makes her way deeper and deeper in the ocean of power.

Just as she reached the center, her ruby red eyes widened in excitement as she found the source that attracted her. Quickly she made her way towards it and clumsily stopped herself when she got near it.

Ember inspected the object in front of her. It is a small seven colored liquid sphere no bigger than her. The sphere had a combination of fire, water, and earth type mana and in the center a powerful force of wind mana in it. As time passed the sphere of liquid mana grew slightly bigger, signifying that the spell was growing stronger.

Seeing this Ember hurried, she knew if she didn't quickly finish this, her dad and his new city would be destroyed.

Focusing, her mist like wings expanded to the size of a falcon's. She then hugged the sphere of mana and wrapped herself with her wings creating what looked like a cocoon of magical mist. As she hugged and wrapped herself tighter the magical energy started to flow into her causing her wings to glow a brilliant golden light.

Back on the scene of armageddon, Shi Feng was contemplating activating two fold berserk or Blade Saint power. This spell was just too strong, maybe with the power of a tier 5 being he could minimize the damage, but that would leave him with less trump cards for when he fights the enemy army.

As he was contemplating, the sound of the system rang in his ear.

System: Ember has found an evolution item and is currently evolving.

She's evolving? Evolving for monsters normally refers to a monster increasing their life rating and improving their bloodlines, but Ember's life rating is already extremely high so it's unlikely that she is evolving in that way. Normally the system would ask for his permission to allow his familiar to evolve but because he only has a pseudo soul contract with her, Ember can do as she pleases.

The massive pillar of wind was gaining speed and creeping on the city's barrier. Hairline fractures started to appear on the barrier and for tier 3 and 4 players with powerful physiques, these fractures were noticeable from a long distance. Just as Lightning Edge duration was almost finished the wind pillar abruptly disappeared, erasing the divine might and allowing everyone to move.

Along with the disappearance of the Godly Magic spell also came a silent battle field. Everyone from Hell Rush, Carbon Cat, Vendor Wind, Vast Kill and even Shi Feng looked up to the sky in what could be considered utter fascination.

The giant swirl of mana was gone but what replaced it was a 50 meter giant silhouette of wings wrapping around something like a cocoon. The wings slowly started to spread open, revealing an immaculate figure of what seemed to be a giant angel. Even though the figure was a silhouette and the finer details couldn't be seen, no one doubted the unsurpassed beauty the silhouette belonged to.

While everyone stared at the angel the giant silhouette disappeared, replaced by a small golden ball of light not even the size of an adult head. The ball of light gracefully descended to the mortal world and slowly fell on Shi Feng's open palm.

As the golden glow disappeared, it revealed the figure of a sleeping Ember. Right now Shi Feng felt a massive amount of heat radiating from her body. The girl hadn't changed much, instead grew a few centimeters bigger. "Did she absorb the core?"
The core of the Godly Magic Spell is extremely valuable but difficult to obtain. The fact that Ember needs things on the level of those cores to grow will be a massive headache.
