33- Mario Kart & Confessions

"Haha! SUCKER!" You yelled as you beat Shawn in Mario Kart.

"What? How? You cheated!" He exclaimed to hide the fact that he actually suvked at Mario Kart even though you both played it all the time.

"No, I did not!" You said.

"Yes, you did!"

"No, I didn't!" You said, crossing your arms.

Then he started tickling you. That was your greatest weakness since you were extremely ticklish.

"No! Shawn dont!" You yelled in between laughs.

"Not until you admit it!" He yelled.

You rolled around in laughter as he kept tickling your sides until you ended up straddling him. Your face was basically on his.

Your eyes trailed down to his lips and you almost gasped at the thought that ran through your head. You wanted to kiss him. So badly.

So you did. You softly pressed your lips against him and for a tiny second he kissed you back but then he pulled away, leaving you disappointed.

"Uh- Y/N, I don't like you like that..." he said and you felt your heart shatter.

"B- but you kissed me back!" You exclaimed.

"That was a mistake,"

"Get out!" You yelled as tears pours down your face.

Not only were you heartbroken you were also embarrassed.

"Y/N-"

"No, please leave," you said, pushing him out the door.

"Can we please talk?" He pleaded.

"Not right now," you said and slammed the door.

She slid down the wall in tears. How were you going to face him tomorrow? Your friendship would never be the same again. Suddenly it started raining heavily.

Great! You thought, The weather was feeling as sad as you.

Your mind immediately went to Shawn who would be walking alone in the rain since he had to take his car to the mechanic.

You immediately stood up, wiped your tears, grabbed an umbrella and went outside in Hope's of catching Shawn. But he was already there outside your door. Well he was outside the porch, standing in the rain.

"Shawn! What are you doing? You're gonna get a cold! Come in!" You exclaimed.

"Y/N, I'm sorry," he said, "I do like you. I- I was just scared of ruining our friendship. But then, I saw how sad you were and I didn't know what to do. I'm sorry."

"You like me?" You asked.

"Is that really all you heard?" He chuckled.

"Just shut up and kiss me," you said, running into his arms.

So he leaned down and pressed his lips on yours.

And there you were kissing in the rain.

Like you always imagined.
