Hello reader! I know it's been ages since I've written this mainly because of some personal stuff and my ability to write gave me so much writer's block that I had to stop. A few things I wanna go over is that I am getting back into it!
Also, as far as this story and a few cannon things have changed because of some cannon things have changed in the Devil May Cry timeline. Said by DMC5 producer, Matt Walker, the cannon timeline goes as this; DMC3, DMC1, DMC2, DMC4, and finally DMC5. Which means a few things that were originally cannon like Akira knowing Trish are gonna be considered a sort of "what if". Another thing that is cannon is if you have been reading Darkness Falls, Akira is dead, and it was supposed to be after the events of the anime. With this change to the cannon, Akira would have passed away between the events of DMC3 and DMC1. Now as far as this story, I'll scrap it taking place during the anime and change the scenarios the characters face but keep a few things cannon!
