Laura:(walks in the house with a guitar case in her hand) Ross!
Ross:(walks out of the garage walking up to her) Yeah?
Laura:(smiles handing the guitar to him) It's finally fixed
Ross:(smiles big and puts it down on the counter and opens it taking it out of the case and holds it) Oh my god! I love this so frickin much!
Laura:(giggles) Well there, you finally have your gift back in a proper way
Ross: Thanks so much Laura
Laura:(smiles) You're welcome. Now get back on the song
Ross: What's the rush?
Laura: Well Rydel & I put fliers out that you and your siblings are gonna preform a song and over half of the city wants to see you guys
Ross: Seriously? (shocked)
Laura:(nods) Now get back on it. Your performance is on Saturday (kisses his cheek) I'm counting on you (smiles and goes upstairs to her room)
Ross:(sighs in love and puts the guitar back in the case and brings it in the garage)
Riker: New guitar?
Ross: It's the one that I've been trying to fix
Rocky: Oh the one that Laura gave to you?
Ross:(nods) Yup and now it's finally fixed thanks to her
Riker: Well let's see what that baby can do
Rocky: And plug it in too
Riker:(face palms himself) Just do it
Ross:(nods and takes it out of the case and plugs it to the amp and starts playing the melody) (smiles) Oh yeah
Rocky: that is a hot beauty
Ross: I know right
Riker: Well that is a rockin guitar, wish we could use it though
Ross:(nods) I really like the instruments we already have though
Rocky: When do we do the song anyways?
Ross: Laura said on Saturday
Riker: This Saturday?
Ross:(nods) Yeah
Rocky: Well let's get Ryland, Ratliff & Rydel in here and start practicing
Ross: We still need some lyrics though
Riker: Actually, Rocky & I got them all. We worked on some last night when everyone was asleep
Ross: Why didn't you ask me to help? I could've helped you guys
Rocky: You were tired Ross, it's okay. We wanted you to rest and besides, we're doing this for our little brother
Ross:(smiles) Thanks. I'll get the rest in here (walks out)
Riker & Rocky:(works on the song more)
A little while later
R/R/R/R:(walks in the garage)
Rydel: You guys worked on something?
Riker:(nods) We're almost done, we just need a few more things and then we got to rehearse a lot and then we're good to go on Saturday
Ryland: This Saturday?
Riker:(nods)
Ratliff: Well let's get going and stop standing around
Ryland: Wait, who's doing what?
Ross: Well I was thinking that Ratliff could do the drums
Ratliff:(nods) Sure thing
Ross: Ryland is playing the bells
Ryland: Got ya
Ross: Then Rydel is playing the piano
Rydel: I thought I was playing the cello
Ross: Do you want to?
Rydel:(nods)
Ross: Okay then, you're cello. Rocky will play bass, Riker is playing violin
Riker & Rocky:(nods)
Ross: Then I guess I'll play the piano and then harmony and all that. Got it?
everyone:(nods)
Ross: Great (takes a deep breathe) Let's start working on this song
everyone:(starts working on the song)
A few hours later
Laura:(asleep in her room just cuddling to her fuzzy blanket)
Ross:(walks in her room and sees her asleep) (smiles seeing how cute she is) Awe, you're so cute when you sleep (kneels next to her moving a strand of hair in her face to behind her ear) (grabs her hand feels it cold) (takes her hand and holds it in both of his hands) (kisses her hand) I am gonna do everything to finish that list for you, no matter what (leans in and kisses her forehead)
Laura:(flutters her eyes open) Ross?
Ross:(smiles) Hey
Laura:(smiles) Hey
Ross: Did I wake you?
Laura:(shakes her head) Nope
Ross: Okay good
Laura:(looks at her hand) Why are you holding my hand?
Ross:(realizes he's still holding her hand) (quickly let's go) Oh sorry
Laura:(blushes a bit) No problem
Ross: Well it's dinner time now so.....
Laura: Okay (sits up rubbing her eyes yawning)
Ross: Or maybe I should bring it to you
Laura: Also a good idea
Ross:(chuckles)
Laura:(smiles)
Ross: I'll get your dinner, you just relax
Laura: Can do (lays back in bed getting in the covers)
Ross:(stands up and walks out of her room going downstairs to get her dinner)
Laura:(just lays there waiting for him)
Ross:(comes back up with two plates full of food on it) (passes one to Laura)
Laura:(Sits up again) Thanks (starts eating)
Ross:(sits next to her on her bed and eats to)
Laura:(looks at him)
Ross:(looks at her and smiles)
Laura:(smiles back)
