He had sort of a rough childhood and it brought him to drugs. When we first started dating, it was only on special occasions that he would use, but as time went by, it just got worse. I have begged him so many times to get help with his problem and he would always say that he would, but it never happened. A couple weeks ago, we got into a big fight when I came home and saw him using to a point where he was so out of his mind that he could barely remember my name. I finally left and just went to Sebastian's. The next day, I told Alec that we needed a break because I couldn't be around that kind of atmosphere anymore. I told him that if he went to rehab and got his act together, I would be with him again, but until then, I just can't. read 12:13pm
It's hard because he is my first love and we were planning on getting married later this year. Heck, I still want to marry him, but I just need to know that he'll just do this one thing and get help. It's not even that I want him to get help because of me. I want him to help himself because he is everything in this world. As he was packing his bags the other day, he told me that he was going straight to rehab because he wants to continue being with me. The problem is that I don't want him going to rehab just for me. He needs to do it for himself and only himself. And I hope he realizes it while he's there. read 12:15pm
