CHAPTER 4: I'LL HELP YOU

[ The next morning... ]

"Mmm..ugghh...where..where..am I?"

"Hoo..hoo..hot! hot!" Wu Hui brought the medicine cooked by his mother to the girl's room.

Seeing a stranger entering her room out of a sudden, she was shocked.
" Who..who are you? You rescued me?"

" You're awake! That's great. I'm Wu Hui. I saw you trying to drown yourself yesterday but luckily I managed to save you. Do you still recognize me?" Wu Hui asked.

" Recognize? Do I know you? And why did you save me? Death was my only way to free myself from my misery. Why...why...save me *sob*?"

" I'm Wu Hui! The boy you saved 8 years ago! You were the one who gave me a new life and the reason I'm still alive! I don't know what happened to you these years but you shouldn't commit suicide no matter what! As a human, your lifespan is short, shouldn't you treasure life more then? Why think of committing  suicide when things aren't going well?

"You don't understand!!! My father's company went bankrupt which led him to commit suicide, my fiance whom I loved wholeheartedly married my so called cousin, and my mom who couldn't accept my father's death is still in the hospital unconcious! I couldn't take it anymore! Even worse, my uncle, whose daughter stole my fiance, is forcing me to marry a 40-years old unknown stranger in exchange of paying my father's debt and my mother's hospital bill! * sob *  *sob*" Ling Lang cried as she said.

" I...I can help you! I'll help you! " Wu Hui volunteered.
