jon texts me

i am eating cheesecake when i get a text from jon

"come to my place in 5?"

this man really likes playing with my feelings

(y/n): is your girlfriend going to be there?

jon: no

(y/n): fine i guess

jon: thx <3 talk to u soon

i quickly get dressed in my nice blue striped sweater and some black jeans. i look a bit of a dork, but jon is one too, so..

i knock on jon's door in 6 minutes to try to make him angry. when he opens the door, he smiles

that's not what i expected

"hey dude"

dude?

"um hi"

"we should play video games or something"

"no thanks"

"oh ok"

we stood in silence for a moment.

"well, we could uhh.."

"why did you invite me over with nothing to do. i'm leaving."

jon grabs my arms and brings me into the living room and sets me on the couch.

"we can watch a movie"

he goes out into the kitchen to make some popcorn

this won't be as bad as i thought
