That evening
Louis was sleeping he was exhausted poor thing. Arthur was in Harry's arms as he rocked him slowly. Harry was given his own bed in the hospital room because he's practically royalty they wouldn't allow him to sleep on a hard uncomfortable chair.
"You're the most perfect little boy " Harry said smoothing Arthur's cheek, he straightens up his little hat and watched him scrunch his nose and let out the most beautiful cry. "Aw sh shh sweet pea , daddy's here " Harry said his eyes watering hearing himself saying daddy. He grabbed a Tiny bottle of milk and placed it between his little lips , he suckled on it slowly whilst opening his eyes looking up at his daddy harry.
"That's it good boy " Harry kissed his sons head gently. He looked over at Louis wide awake "Well good evening my darling ,how long have you been awake?" He asked
"When he started crying , you're so good with him already " Louis said smiling
"As are you my angel , he's so precious you both mean the world to me , I love you so much Lou " Harry said continuing to feed Arthur.
"I love you too Harry, more than anything and I'm so glad I met you " Lou said
"Aw now don't make it soppy , I'm already a emotional wreck over here " Harry said
"You are.. what about me I just gave birth " Louis giggled and sat up slightly and winced
"Hey hey easy baby " Harry said
Harry wiped Arthur's mouth and leaned him forward gently rubbing his back burping him. "Look at him wide awake" Harry said
"Hello my precious look at you " Louis said to Arthur.
"He has your eyes , you know " Harry said
Louis giggled "I think there mixed but he's only new born so the colour will change as he gets older " Louis said
Harry smiled looking pretty exhausted now that it's been a long day. "Hey why don't you pass him to me and get some rest you look tired haz" Louis said
Harry smiled "I just can't stop staring at him " he said
"I know but you really need your rest " Louis said
"Oh alright " Harry said handing him to Louis
Louis held Arthur in his arms and kissed his head.
